SP+ Parking

I go to about 20+ Cardinals games each year, and this is the only lot I use anymore. The location could not be any better -- only a few blocks to the stadium, and you get to walk past all the post-game traffic on the way to your car. Once exiting the lot, you are on I-64/US-40 W in less than 60 seconds. I also like that this lot is fenced in, and the pay kiosks are convenient (you can also pay via their website by texting the phone number posted in the lot). As of 2023, the Cardinals game day price is $15 for the whole day until midnight. I've only parked here once for a Blues game, but I think it was $30, on account of the extremely close proximity to Enterprise Center. Otherwise I believe it's somewhere around $9.

With regards to some complaints I'm reading: in all my times parking here (at LEAST 50 separate instances), I have never had any tampering issues with my vehicle, nor have I ever been wrongfully fined. For what it's worth, I always leave the receipt on my dash. Worth noting that this is a completely unmanned lot that takes cards only. On one occasion there was a guy standing at the entrance asking for $20 cash, clearly scamming. I just told him I would be paying with a card at the kiosk, and that was enough to thwart that scheme, lol.

Having attended MANY Cardinals games, this is my favorite lot. I highly recommend it if you are parking for the same reason, and will be getting on 64/40 westbound after the game. Cannot beat the convenience + value, as far as I've found.

Used the lot for a Cards game after paying online. Everything went ok. Left receipt on dash for a save measure.

My favorite place to park for Cardinals games. It’s usually about $10 and, while it is a bit of a walk, allows easy access to 40W.

It is a good location to park your car. They have good amount of spots. It is not covered though.I used their services while going to the USCIS application center. Paid around 9$ for an hour of service because they did not have options for an hour or 2. Customers have to pay after parking and put the receipt on the Dash front for it to be seen. They have instructions written of payment booth but it is very easy to miss it and get confused.

Great location and good price. It is open air, not covered. $8.75 for a day. Beware the receipt does expire at 11:59pm of the day you park. So if you park at 10 am or 10pm it's the same until midnight. Just be careful to not get a ticket if you don't go back and repay at midnight if you are overnight parking. I got there at 11:39, checked into my hotel and had to go back and pay again right after midnight. Still cheaper than the valet parking at the hotel for a day and a half.

Decent place to park. The spots are very small however. It is a decent walk to the stadium however.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE RAPACIOUS PREDATORS! Parked for an event, paid $30 cash after hours to attendant. A month later, got a bill from collections for $98 no explanation. Then go t the violation after that in the mail. No way to dispute and they wont respond to emails on their site.

Don't park here!!! The person came out of the little hut at the entrance and took my parking money. Now, SP sent me a bill for 89.00 dollars for not paying.
They should know that a person is sitting on their property.

I had to take my son to speak with IRS in the building and I went into the parking lot but never got out of my vehicle and sat there for about 10 minutes, but still got a $74 ticket. That is uncalled for and you all should have a real person in the front notifying people. Stop trying to squeeze money out of people that we don't have. Just ridiculous

Paid for parking, got a violation, disputed the violation, got sent to collections! Don't park here!

- Paid $32.41 for parking on 1/25/23
- Received a parking violation saying I parked without paying & charged me 95.00 on 2/24/23
- Disputed the violation via SP Plus portal, attached my receipt, & received a confirmation that I would hear back if they needed more info. Never heard from them.
- 5/8/23 - received a letter from a debt collector saying that I had to pay the debt in order to avoid consequences.

I called the collection agency and forwarded them my receipt & dispute confirmation & they said that SP Plus dropped the ball and was dumb for trying to send me to collections. You know its a dumb management team when the debt collector they hire doesn't even respect them.

Be careful here. Supposed to be an unmanned lot where you pay online. However for Blues games, there's always someone acting like an attendant here, with a neon vest, taking money. When approached about it being a self-serve lot, they just waved me on. This guy had a really good con going on. Probably made hundreds @ $30/car. Had a friend "helping", possibly marking cars. I turned around and left. Park for cheaper in the secure garage on Tucker at Clark. I've driven by this lot for ten games this year and there's always someone pulling that con.

DO NOT GO HERE! I payed for parking and then got sent a bill in the mail for a parking violation.

For some reason they put this giant yellow Pole in the middle of the entrance and exit lanes. After a hockey game there was so much traffic we could not get our truck turned to fit back out the exit. Ended up scraping the side of the truck and having to file an insurance claim but their voicemail Box is full so you cannot call and let them know that this is an issue.

It is very difficult to find parking even though I pay monthly. Additionally, there are many cars that are double parking/taking up two spots in the parking lines. Most of the time they either park too far up or they park on the yellow line, but nothing is done to prevent this from happening so frequently.

Like many others, I paid for parking and received a letter from lawyer saying I was in violation and did not pay. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with the ladder of incompetency I've had to climb attempting to not get robbed of my money.
