Taco Tico

I've loved Taco Tico since I was a kid, and it's just as good now as it was back then. I always get the beef Taco salad and taco burger. Their sauces are the best, and you can buy jars of it to take home. I just wish one would open up out in Denver. But until then, I'll eat here every time I'm in town.

It's premium fast food taco awesomeness. The El Dorado location is clean and always very friendly. When traveling thru, it's a quick and reliable stop for tasty eats on the cheap. Beef enchiladas are simple goodness. The basic corn tacos are inhale-able and perfect sized.

I love Taco Tico and anytime I can get to one. I go to it for the Tacos and Taco Burgers. FYI did you knoll you can actually order Taco Tico meat and their Legendary sauces right from the company itself? I will definitely be doing that because the flavourful of their meat and sauce can't be duplicated. Biting into a Taco Burger with sour cream is heaven in my mouth and their Tacos are unmatched and fresher then their Bell competition. I still can't figure out why this place isn't more well known and has more stores. It's a Kansas Gem most definitely and I always crave their food,even after eating it I still want more. The Taco Tico in Eldorado looks very new and I've only seen one other Taco Tico just as nice and it's in Wichita on N Rock Rd. I'll definitely be going back soon to try more items because everything looks so yummy.

Like going back in time. Growing up in the 70’s with Taco Tico was amazing. Bean burritos and tacos were just like I remember. Staff was friendly and portions were great. Fresh and tasty. So glad they are still around.

This is the BEST Taco Tico! Every item we ordered was fresh with quality ingredients. Super friendly staff with quick service. Even the taco shells were freshly fried. I cannot say enough good things about this Taco Tico!

The food was hot and fresh. Both of us ate for $22, including tax. Easy stop in and out. Staff was friendly and greeted as we arrived. Bathrooms and lobby were clean.

I have always loved Taco tico and save for one they have all been removed from my home state. I've always loved since a kid their beef enchiladas crunchy tacos and taco burgers. Have loved their food since the 1970s. Stopping at this location everything I used to order tastes just the same!

This place is spot on, and staff is amazing.

So here we go.
1. The location is simple and easy to enter and exit. The location has a large parking lot and is easy to maneuver around. It has a drive-thru and plenty of space for a family sit down.
2. Okay. Staff has never been anything but genuine, generous, and professional.
3. Menu is nothing shy of spot on, and the cost is really the best you're going to find. The food is delicious and you get plenty for what you pay for.
4. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone in El Dorado or to anyone driving on the I-35 N or S bound. Stop by and grab some food and relax.

This place was delicious as Tico always is. The staff was super nice, our Sanchos were delicious and the Crustos were fantastic. My kid has a Quesadilla and he said it was good too.

As always, Taco Tico is a great place for Mexican fast food, which is way better than Tacobell.

The lady was SO PATIENT with me when I messed up the order. She read back my order and I still messed it up. So, customer service is excellent. The food was temperature hot and fresh. The chips were plentiful and the kids meals portions are large enough to fill up a big kid. Thank you so much Sunday's crew!

We showed up just after they closed and the lovely ladies inside still made our order. Absolutely thankful. And the food was divine.

Update.
I first left a review a year ago and this place is still amazing. You gotta try the reaper sauce. It's legit hot.

First time trying while driving through El Dorado. Really good tacos. Will stop again

Drive thru dining is all the rage during the Covid-19 panic, and Taco Tico is built to serve. They have a good sized menu. Lots of options to choose from and everything tastes great. The prices are very reasonable as well, which is another positive during a time of financial instability. A great addition to El Dorado. Good food at a good price!

So happy to see these are still around! Came all the way back home to Kansas from California for my old school favorite!

Sauces are still fire as always, as is the meats, sweets and customer service!

Friendly service from the older women at the register is the reason for 5 stars! She was doing the work of 3 teenagers, working drive thru and inside register and had a great attitude. They were clearly short staffed and in my opinion, using the microwave too much. Price could not be beat for the food we got though. The reaper sauce is no joke. I will be back for more!

Taco Tico is usually great! And this one is one of the best. We've eaten at quite a few spread out through the states.

Greeted by the staff took our order and brought our food out in a very timely manor.
All the staff were awesome. She brought our food out and check on us half way thru. While leaving staff out side were just as nice. Will definitely be back when we are passing thru.

On my way through Eldorado back to Wichita. This Taco Tico location is exceptional! Don’t get me wrong, the current locations in Wichita are fine. Can’t wait for the new one coming on the east side. Love me some Taco Tico! But this location has their stuff TOGETHER. Dined in. The dining area is spotless and comfortable. The lady who took my order was engaging and friendly. You could tell she liked her job. The deluxe enchilada I received looked like the actual perfect advertising picture of the product. You never see this. The kitchen staff actually took the time and effort to make a fast food enchilada beautiful. Rare stuff indeed. And, of course, it tasted wonderful. Sancho and taco were equally well presented and tasty. The Wichita locations could totally take a few lessons from this great location. Keep Tico going!

Got our order correct. The food was good. The Tico Inner is a great value.
