Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Dorado, KS, an IHG Hotel

Visited for business. The room was way more than expected. Spacious and clean. High pressure shower was great. Compared to the other options to stay, this was by far the nicest and best priced. PLUS you get a really good breakfast buffet!

The room was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great, and had good variety (shout out to Teresa, the hostess!). I would definitely stay here again. Yes, the hallways needed vacuuming and the elevator is still out of service, but none of that affected the quality of my stay. More Americans should do stairs anyway.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in ElDorado, KS Feb 6, 2024. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk gave recommendations for restaurants in town. Breakfast was impressive! Biscuits and gravy, omelettes, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes etc.
The shower could use some repair, but it worked well enough.
We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and nice Kanas town. I stopped here while on a trip and they offered clean, comfortable rooms during a snow storm. I recommend this place. Thank you.

Just writing to give Manny at the front desk a big shout out. We had just come from a different hotel that tried questioning my 100% disabled combat vet husbands need for a service animal- asking about his medical issues and what specific tasks the animal performs, etc. Not only a hippa violation but discriminatory. So we went in to Holiday inn instead and met Manny at the front desk. Though the hotel had no rooms that night, he went out of his way to try and find us a room at another hotel, and he had a wonderful positive demeanor and candor that was so appreciated after the experience we just had at the other hotel. You're great, Manny! We appreciate you, God bless you!

Clean, comfy bed, and 24 hour coffee. Perfect for a good night's rest.

The staff here are the most friendly accommodating hotel we have ever been too. We are with a group of over 125 antique motorcycle riders. The staff is just wonderful.

Staff and facility were top notch! Very welcoming after a long day on the road. Breakfast was cool too, still providing some choices. I miss those cinnamon rolls! SUPER comfortable and clean rooms! Don't forget to tip the housekeeping staff! They work hard and do an outstanding job. I have been very pleased with the 5 or 6 times I have stayed in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites chain. I have always been pleasantly surprised with the details and amenities included in the rooms. Did I mention the power room darkening shade in our junior suite? Did mention the epically comfortable bed? (It really was, just saying!) We had a great, restful night! Thank you to the management and staff for keeping the place pleasantly squared again. Will stay there again the next time we drive through.

Very nice, clean rooms. Sheets so soft I Googled "holiday inn sheets" the next day.
Accommodated me last minute and late at night. The front desk staff "Gabriel" was super nice and got me situated quickly.
They had a really nice breakfast set up the next morning with hot foods: eggs, sausage etc, as well as cereal, fruit, and tons of beverage choices.
This particular Holiday Inn is an example of why I almost always stay with this chain.

Although we came for a funeral of a loved one the people of this Holiday Inn made it so much better. They were absolutely the kindest, most caring staff I have ever dealt with. Everything and everyone there was top notch. Rooms were perfect, clean and quiet. The coffee and breakfast were great. We never had a better stay. Thanks to all of them.

Had a short overnight stay here recently. Easy off and on from the turnpike. We stayed in a king suite which was was spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! I really appreciated that there was hot breakfast available. All of the staff was professional and courteous, especially Stephanie at the front desk.

Desk clerk Erin was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Best hotel biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had. All around a very pleasant experience

Absolutely one of the most clean, comfortable hotels I have stayed at in awhile. Breakfast is wonderful. Showers are so great with good water pressure. Comfortable beds and very clean. We travel between Iowa and Texas often and this will be the only place we stay from now on.

Judy and Kirk at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were quiet and clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pancake makers. We were even able to check in early. Great stay all around.

We had a great experience at this motel! We were in town for my husband's mother's funeral so after an extremely bad experience at the Days Inn next door it was great to come to Holiday Inn Express and have all our concerns met by kindness, caring and was even given a bereavement rate. I wish I knew the name of the employee that checked us in but it was at such a critical moment I did not get his name--he was great! Thank you for a great staff and clean, comfortable room.

Been staying here going on 3 weeks and has been great in every way. Recently there was an incident that wasn't in the hotel's control but they had responded great and took care of the issue efficiently. Everyone has been great but Sara specifically has been outstanding! Doing everything to keep my stay comfortable and always good conversation! 100% recommend this location. Have a good one!

The staff is absolutely unbelievable!! They were all so kind and helpful!! Very professional and made us feel so welcome!! The rooms were amazing as well!! I hope next time we visit we will get to swim, we had some much to do went didn't get the chance!! The only thing negative was I had called to see if we should book with the hotel but someone had told us it was cheaper to go thru the web and we were told when we got there it was cheaper to call the hotel!! So maybe inform the customers when we check out on your next visit call is to save some money!!

Very nice hotel, with friendly helpful staff. We had a problem with the A/C in our assigned room - we were quickly moved to another room with great A/C. Breakfast bar well-stocked with delicious food. All staff members went out of their way to be helpful. Convenient location right off highway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great staff clean comfortable room. The continental breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast I was highly impressed only things I diss liked were not hot tub and the pool was extremely cold and small. I was in town from Minnesota for a wedding and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all our needs.

Folks are great here. Still working on pool renovation so not available at time of our stay.
