Second time I've used their services for my AC systems and both experiences have been outstanding. Jason & David (hopefully the names are correct) accomplished the most recent service. Both were prompt, thorough, and professional. The personnel handling the telephones and scheduling also deserve kudos for courtesy and professionalism. Look no further if your home needs repair work!

I called ProTech Services about a leak behind my refrigerator. They had Chris come out the next day and he took care of the problem very efficiently. He was on time, polite and very professional. I highly recommend ProTech!

These guys always treat me like I matter. I missed the first call because I was at work so they text me to follow up. I missed the original technician but they still worked me in before the end of the day. The technician was courteous and explained what had happened and what I was paying for without being condescending or rude. I will always call them first for my plumbing and AC needs.

We realized our air had stopped working on Wed afternoon after hours. Call first thing Thursday morning. They said they’d have a tech out late afternoon. He showed up early just after lunch. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for a reasonable price before 3pm. We are VERY satisfied with Protech and their quick response!

Dallas was very professional. He came in and explained everything and repaired my issue in a timely and efficient manner. I have used ProTech several times now for my HVAC and plumbing needs. They always send knowledgeable techs and get you on the schedule fast. Great company. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency, a major flood in our crawl space. It started off a horrible day but things started turning around once we spoke to Megan. She was friendly and professional, put us at ease. There were no appointments available but she assured us if someone canceled prior to our appointment she would reach out. Someone was working in our favor, they came the same day! Blake and his teammate showed up, identified the issue and set-up our install date for our new water heater. He explained everything. Cost was very reasonable: I would highly recommend ProTech! If we ever have a problem again they will be the first we call. Honest and reasonable doesn’t come easy, I’m so happy we have them in our service area. Thanks ProTech, y’all were a lifesaver!

Zach and Frank are highly capable and professional. They patiently and clearly answered all of questions and were respectful and friendly. Their work was top quality. Based on my initial experience with these ProTech plumbers, I plan to start a service plan with ProTech for our HVAC system. I recommend ProTech to anyone who is looking for quality work from reliable professionals at a fair price.

We have been ProTech HVAC customers for 6 years. We recently used their plumbing services to have a new pressure reducing valve installed because our old one failed. They are so easy to work with for scheduling - Leanne and Megan at the office are great. Their service team (shout out to Jake) is professional and in the pandemic they showed up with masks on and kept them on throughout the service visit. They are neat ant tidy and clean up when done. All in all, another great service from this reputable company.

The Protech team is awesome! They have exceptional Customer Service when you call and when they come out to perform a service. We have relied on them for a few years now and have never been disappointed. They get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, at a reasonable price. I must say Hugh and Dallas are the guys that mainly come out when we call for plumbing and A/C. They have great personalities and are extremely helpful, especially in answering questions.

ProTech did a fantastic job in installing two new thermostats in my home, and repairing my dampers & zone control boards for my AC/heat system. The new thermostats are of very high quality with nice features and reasonably priced.

ProTech employees both on site and over phone were totally professional, and do a fantastic job of communication before, during, and after service to make sure everything working properly. They have been taking good care of me in my townhouse in Macon for the past 14 years. Recommend highly with no reservations.

This review covers two experiences I had with ProTech. This was my first time using ProTech and on the first visit the technician, Zach, showed up on-time and immediately got to work. Although he wasn’t able to resolve the original issue (no fault of his, the water heater had a defect) he was able to provide a temporary solution to help me and my wife. The second visit was similarly positive. Zach was actually able to come out sooner than originally scheduled to replace the water heater. Had I not known what had been done, I’d never have known he was there. Everything was clean and looked exactly like it did before he got here - no boxes, pieces of piping, etc., were left laying around. Overall, a great experience and I’d be happy to recommend their services.

ProTech offers excellent plumbing services. Zach came to assess what was needed with regard to sink, faucets, and shower valve replacements. Zach is polite and professional. He gave clear explanations of what the work would entail along with a detailed printed estimate. When Zach and Sam returned to complete the work, they were focused on the tasks at hand and again very professional. We're confident that the work was properly done and highly recommend them!

It is refreshing to find a company like ProTech who really cares about their customers. I called on a Sunday about a bathroom sink pipe that was leaking. A courteous, kind and considerate woman answered the call and took complete information and said it would be scheduled Monday morning - it was, at the beginning of the day. A while later on Sunday a courteous technician called to check on the problem and said they would call to schedule a time on Monday. They did and the repair was completed by end of day Monday. The technicians who did the repair were thorough and complete and extremely courteous. This is a very fine business and was recommended to me by my son who has used them many times for various jobs. Our realtor also had them on a list of plumbers. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants prompt and courteous service.

Timothy O’Connor came to perform semiannual hvac checkup. Timothy was very knowledgeable regarding our three systems. He spent some time explaining to my wife about our systems and the work he performed. I found him to be very congenial and courteous. He did an excellent job. I wish more people that come to our home to do work were more like Timothy. Thank you Pro-Tech for sending Timothy to do our semiannual review.

I have been using ProTech for HVAC maintenance and repair for many years. Recently, with guests in my home, my air conditioner on my upper level quit working on the hottest day so far of 2021. ProTech was able to send one of their guys to not only figure out the problem but also repair it within about 3 hours total from the time of my call. Great service and great people with whom to work.

I appreciated the fact that the Tech (Thomas) came out at such a late time to repair my AC. The Tech arrived and I explained the issue to him. The Tech went out and immediately found what was wrong, gave me an estimate and repaired my AC in a timely matter. He was very professional and explain each step to me and showed me the part which was damaged. I couldn't have asked for a Better Customer Service person than Thomas. I would recommend this company and will use them for any further issues. Thanks Thomas.

Technician arrived promptly, very friendly and professional. Although it was 100 degrees he did not complain about the heat. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I felt confident in the information I was given. I would highly recommend ProTech Services

We had a water heater go out and leak in our basement on a weekend. I called ProTech and the manager called me back in less than 30 minutes. Offered to come by and take a look immediately. He had someone at our first thing Monday morning.
The replacement was done quickly and professionally. Service technicians were courteous and left the area spotless.
I’d use ProTech again.
