I took a friend there to get information on housing and switching his section 8 voucher over to the Newton area, and the people were very helpful and courteous.

Very nice and very helpful. However sect 8 doesn't allow grandparents to be grandparents. U litterly have to remove rights froms ur children (get guardianship which is permanent) to help them with ur grandchild. Only 14 days a year can ur grandchild visit and so they could'nt even come spend weekends to give breaks to parents.

They are rude don't care what they say and they don't care if you hear it oh and if they mess up they blame you. Make sure if you fill out paperwork take pictures because I told them with in days in advance I was getting laid off and they said they didn't even contact my employer having the proof in their folder
