Sears Hometown Store

Bought several appliances here and have always had great service. Prices are also good and its nice to shop local.

Got a mower recently from Sears and again had great service. The mower ended up dying in a month but Sears exchanged it on the spot. They also will do warranty work locally had I come it past my exchange date. So its great knowing they have your back.

Great service from the manager, Abe. Highly recommend and will purchase future appliances here. I had a difficult situation, and he worked with me as well as the delivery guys, who were also awesome. Check them out, you will not be dissapointed.

Competitive prices and big city options with small town businesses approach. In the past year I have purchased a washing machine, lawn mower and dishwasher. Abe is the man to see: he listens to your needs, has a depth of knowledge about different brands and makes sure prices are comparable to prices found elsewhere. On my last visit he stayed an hour late and delivered the dishwasher. I can’t overstate how great the customer service is; this is a primary example of why it pays to stay local and invest in our community businesses.

I've gotten a few appliances from this store, and always a good shopping experience. Staff is helpful, and do their best to get you exactly what you're looking for. Justine was the associate who helped me, and did a great job!

Rachel was very helpful with finding parts numbers and ordering parts for a Kenmore washing machine that I had brought parts in for reference and I have bought numerous items over the years from hometown Sears store and Rachel has been very helpful finding parts and tools thank you Rachel for your help and assistance you are great

Dishwasher shopping and decided to try to keep my money in town. Large selection to choose from and excellent service. I left with a new dishwasher in the truck and a smile on my face. This won't be the last time I shop at Newton Sears.
