Best store to visit, seriously. I’ve never had better service in the past until today. Great team of people in this store that are very knowledgeable. Dave especially knows his stuff. Highly recommend this location for all your T-Mobile needs!

on Monday 11/6/2023 i walked into the mission T-Mobile location with my 85 year mother who was having "issues" with her phone.
we had the good fortune to be help by Anthony. Anthony showed unbelievable patience with my mother. He was professional, helpful, and solved all the issues. Anthony set a very high bar for customer care. Outstanding job done.

Wow what an experience. I came in for a charger and left a customer for life. Then again I could be biased since I worked there so many years ago. Keep up the great work.

Could not have had a better experience. Anthony was awesome...helped with complicated switch from another carrier.

Can't say enough about our experience at this store. Anthony Francisco was amazing. He was patient and professional. He was truly
an expert at setting up our new account and 3 phones. He made our experience fun.Can't say that ever happened at our old provider. So if you need a new phone or service this is the place to go. Thank you Anthony!

I came in for help getting a change of responsibility in order to get a new phone and Anthony put in over two hours helping me through it with customer support. 10/10

I hate upgrading my phone. It's always such a hassle and my phone is just fine, right? Weeeeelllll. Not so much. My phone's camera was so outdated it was embarrassing,  it was time for a new phone. I went into the closest Sprint/Tmobile store in Mission. KS. I was greeted promptly and told the wait was long but they would call me when my number in the queue was getting close.  I ran some errands and came back when they called. I was blessed to have Dave help me with my upgrade. The store was incredibly busy but Dave deftly handled 1-2-4-6! customers at once. It was like watching a master juggler at work, truly amazing! Thanks to Dave I had a wonderful experience and I WILL be back!

Jeremiah was incredible today helping me purchase and set-up a phone for my daughter. His patience with someone that is "technology challenged" was amazing! Even when the store got busy he did not rush me and was very kind! Thank you Jeremiah for blessing me today!

This store rocks! Best run store in the metro area hands down. David H gave me the best customer service I have ever had in my 21 years with this carrier and their predecessors. David is incredibly competent, smart and hustles like no other. This man should be running his own store, not to take anything away from his store manager who was super impressive as well. They have the magic sauce which other Tmobile stores in the metro area are sorely lacking.

I went in with a phone problem Ashley took great care of me. She is personable and empathetic. She walked me through several options and we agreed an upgrade was what made sense. She helped transfer all my info on to the new phone and made sure everything was working. Ashley you have mad people skills, your future is bright 😀

Took my son in to get on a plan & Jocelyn was so amazing & helpful. She was sweet, professional & very great at multitasking. The transparency she had was top tier! Glad she helped me out today!!

The store manager , was fantastic. I couldn't get wi - fi to work correctly and had other glitches he straightened out. I believe his name was Randham Brown. I had only been out of hospital less than 24 hours on eye surgery, his patient was well appreciated.

I love this staff! Brendon, Holly, Ashley David, Keith, Joseline! All amazing, go the extra mile. I appreciate each time they go a nice and beyond to accommodate me when I'm not feeling well due to a medical condition. Thanks guys! You make life a little easier!

10/10 on my visit to the store in Misson, KS and deal with Keith. I went through 6 T-Mobile stores in over a week. He was the only person I dealt with due to his hospitality and being able to function beyond anyone else. After being at this location and seeing how the rest of the employees worked, I now feel more than 💯% confident in recommending everyone in the city to visit this location. They go above and beyond in customer service in todays world! I will recommend anyone using T-Mobile to fo here and anyone recommending a switch to hit them up! Big shout out to the customer service here!

The best service ever! Anthony was awesome! He spent extra time trying to help me and went above and beyond expectations, would recommend him to anyone!

Ashley is the best! Despite me having my son switch to another plan she treated me with kindness and efficiency. (The whole team here seems to be collaborative and friendly, and enforce covid precautions.) Would recommend if you need to visit a T-Mobile in the KC metro area!

So far so good. Love, and the free Netflix and Apple TV. So much more than sprint was.
