The UPS Store

Chris and the staff of this UPS Store, were very good communicating with me about the shipment of an antique chair. When it arrived today, on time, it was packed incredibly well. I thank Chris and his staff there in Mission, Kansas, my local UPS delivery guy who is always careful and pleasant, and all those UPS employees between here and there for all that was involved in the safe delivery of this piece to me. I go in often with returns to Amazon etc and the service is superlative. Just very professional, and courteous. The other UPS stores should train there folks here at Mission UPS!

This UPS store is ALWAYS on top of it. The nice lady with the dark hair and glasses helped me tonight around 515 and was amazingly helpful and the gentleman she was working with has also gone above and beyond with helping return my packages. I couldn't be happier with my service here!

I noticed the MANY old and negative reviews for this location and want to contribute my experiences. I’ve been in several times before and after Christmas to return packages and I have ONLY been greeted by very helpful staff! These people move fast and know what they are doing!! Even when the line looks a little long, don’t be discouraged, it moves quickly!
If you forget or didn’t notice an item needed a return shipping label PRINTED OUT, they will print one for you for $1! I am happy to have this option for convenience! I’ve never spent more than 4 or 5mins dropping returns!!
For Amazon Returns, this is definitely my Go-To location! Happy Returns!

Each time I’ve gone in here to drop off packages the gals have been super friendly and kind. Sometimes I feel like it’s a burden when I have several Amazon returns but they have made me feel like it’s no big deal and not to worry. Which I really appreciate! I also drop off several parcels at a time and they’re always very careful with my packages.

The home of 5400 Johnson Drive in Mission Kansas has to be one of the best UPS centers in America. The team at owner Eric's store was incredibly helpful every step of the way involving an overseas sending of a gift. The process was not at all easy. But I marveled at the skill and knowledge of Eric and was quite impressed by the team effort involved.
This team worked so well together. Their group effort has to receive an A plus. The significance of the shipment was so important. Time, effort and patience were the answers. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who lives in the USA. THANKS!

I have been to this location twice. One of the times I went, this gentleman named Steve helped me. I do not use the term 'gentleman' lightly. Steve was polite, professional, personable, and energetic. I needed help mailing back some Google Fiber ware, and he was beyond helpful. Imagine Dwight from The Office, his passion for the paper supply industry- that was this guy, without the obnoxious aspect. Then last week, Steve called me to tell me that my Fiber box had been returned. He had the courtesy to not only call me, but he remembered helping me from 2 months back, AND he was once again the most helpful, friendly person. UPS needs to do something to recognize or reward this guy, because I don't think I'm the first person to write a review acknowledging his positive attitude. Steve is very helpful. Be like Steve. Thanks Steve!

Consistently fast, efficient and friendly service even during the holiday rush

It's small but they are pretty efficient. Even with long lines.

Manager stepped in after a customer refused an employee’s request for him to wear his mask (which he had around his neck); so very much appreciate a manager willing to deny service to people who are unwilling to put forth the slightest effort that is meant to keep other customers and employees safe.

Came in here with a Notary emergency and Eric (the store owner) was absolutely unreal. He helped me with everything. If more people in the world were like this man it would be a better place. Thank you Eric. -Wes

This is such a great shipping store. They are always so friendly & helpful. It's nice to stop in & be taken care of immediately. They always have 2 or 3 people manning the store - highly recommend!
