Providers and staff are always VERY kind and quick! My daughter loves the little toy bucket and as a parent I do too! Can’t forget to add that it’s always clean!!! Thank you!

Highly recommend. I've gone twice now (with no appointment either time) and both times they got me in to a room and seeing the Dr in about 5 min of filling out the patient info. And then Dr Rashid was fantastic- listens attentively and actively, showed sincere care and excellent knowledge, and didnt make me feel rushed or disregarded. His NP and staff were all very nice, as well. Highly recommend as I've heard unpleasant experiences and extremely long waits from neighbors and friends from their visits to the other local Urgent Cares.

I’ve made a couple trips here in the last month. My experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment you get in and speak to the front desk person, till the time you check out, everyone is exceptionally professional. I would recommend getting there when they open to make sure and avoid any wait time. The check in process is very streamlined and Dr. Rashid listened to all of my concerns and took the necessary time to address them all.

Every time I have had an appointment I've had no wait whatsoever! Dr. Saboor Rashid is very kind, knowledgeable and explains everything in a manner in which anyone could understand. This has become my new primary care place.

Dr. Stephanie was SO nice and helpful! The visit was quick and the facility is nice and new. Definitely recommend!

The office girl, the girl that checked our vitals and the doctor were very amazing to us. They asked lots of questions, which we appreciate. Office was busy but they got us in quickly. Appreciate their concern.

Easy to get seen fast. Compassionate Dr and nurses, kind receptionists. We are fortunate to have fast, competent healthcare in Pleasant Hill. Only 3 minutes from home, no stressful drive into the city.

This urgent care is rated highest for a reason! The front office person was professional and kind with my first-time check-in. The doctor I saw made me feel like I was being heard, gave great feedback, and added a bit of humor. The overall experience with this office was great, and we definitely will be back sometime in the future.

I had to go to Urgent care in Gardner on New Years Eve. All other places were closed because of the holidays. The doctor and nurses listened and were compassionate. I definitely will be driving here again if I need help and assistance.

Dr Patrick is a very good doctor with a top notch bedside manor .He always listens to what you have to say and seems to have a nac for finding a solution to what your battling. If he cant he is skilled in knowing where to send you for the next step in your road to recovery. If your looking for a long term family med doctor look no more . Highly recommended

Dr Patrick was kind calm patient compassionate and insightful. He had knowledge about my son's condition and gave prompt answers to help find solutions. This was our first visit but I think our family will become his patients for the long haul.

Our family has chosen Dr. Patrick as our PC. We enjoying going to his office. All of the staff are kind and patient. It had been a good experience.

Great office. I love that they are open weekends because that’s when my kids love to get sick. They are always very nice to my kids and we get in and out quickly.

I love this place. The service is fast. The staff is very friendly as well as professional. The doctor is competent and concerned about your condition. His Rx was sent to my choice of local drug store and I had my Rx filled and in hand in a couple of hours.

We were seen quickly, we got very quick test results and felt we were in great hands. We were given helpful advice from the practitioner. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had a very good experience at the primary care upstairs. The staff is very friendly and Patrick, the practitioner on staff, always takes time to thoroughly explain test results and answer any questions I might have.

It has been a long time since I had a primary care giver spend as much time with me so I understand what exactly we are talking about. Patrick asks questions that I may have not thought of. Is nice not to be rushed out. I truly feel cared for💜
