My mechanic Ben came to meet me and explained the issues I was having with my car. He explained everything plainly and didn't try to get over on me because I am a woman. Luxury shuttle service with Uber XL and a free second opinion! Because of Ben and Star Motors, I was able to repair the necessary issues on in my car in just two day AND get my money back from my previous mechanic who misdiagnosed me. If you have a foreign luxury vehicle, this is the place to go! I will never take my Mercedes to anyone else. Thanks Star Motors!

Tessa and Chris at Star Motors have been very wonderful and pleasant. I have been kept in the loop since day 1 and there was no dealership style pressure to accept their recommended service. The diagnostic was spot-on and I liked their electronic billing system: they can text or email it to you, you sign off or decline the services recommended and you don't have to be there to do it. Well worth it for me. Will be doing business with them again if something else breaks!

I have been a customer of Star Motors since 1988. At that time they were in the Brookside area of KCMO and were owned by a man named Emory H. I owned a 1984 Turbo Diesel Benz and beginning in 1997, owned a 560 SEC which I kept until 2023.

They took care of all of the routine service and also any major work that was needed. I was always satisfied with their work and never felt they tried to push any work that was not needed. Between the two cars, I drove about 100,000 miles. The only major repairs were due to running over debris on the road at high speed.
Their work was always top notch and was reasonably priced. I will return there when I buy another Benz.

I went to Star Motors twice within the space of a week for pre-purchase inspections of cars, and each time a mechanic performed a very detailed inspection. After the inspections, an employee went over the results with me, made recommendations and was happy to answer all of my questions. The work was fairly priced, and each time I left Star armed with information that gave me the confidence that I want when making a buying decision. Luckily, I found Star Motors. Not only are they way more affordable (pricing is fair), their service is unparalleled. Tessa, one of the service advisors is always so kind and accommodating, and always calls after a service is complete to make sure everything operates as it should.

I had some work done right before closing on a holiday, and not only was it completed, I was able to pick up my car after hours and pay online.

My car had a broken part that they couldn't get in for quite some time; nearly three months. In that time, they offered me a loaner car rather than me trying to get a rental, and Tessa kept me very, very well up to date on what was happening. Despite the length of time, I was very well taken care of, and would go back to Star Motors for anything wrong with my cars into the future.

I found this place to service my VW. They had great customer service and attention to detail. I felt they gave a thorough and fair assessment without pressure. I will definitely go back!

With a AAA membership, I was able to get a great price for my car repairs. The waiting area is nice and comfy. Definitely one of the nicest auto shop I've ever been to. Brittany and Tessa did a great job in customer service. They are about taking care of us. I recommend this place if you have euro imports from new to older. Pricing and warranty wasn’t bad. Highly recommend this place.

Great experience as they provided me a great office area to relax and presented me a loaner car for me to drive away while waiting for the water bump to come last Friday. Next day or so I found out that the issue is still under factor warranty and they understood! Therefore, I only asked them to reimburse me half of the loaner car wash fee.
