They really have a great group of young employees right now. Many young persons in this type of field could absolutely learn from them. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive. Down right enjoyable atmosphere from the shoe department to checkout and all in between.

First let me start by saying that they went above and beyond to help me out. I came in for a kayak and it was marked differently than online so I showed them the advert and they obviously honored. The kayak they had set aside In the color I requested had a little minor damage that would not have effected the performance but they discounted it 30% more. Great customer service.

This is by far the best experience i have had with management at any store period I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name right but her name is Bethany and Jacob I'm telling you the best store managers i have ever ever i have come a cross very comprehensive very kind very helpful I'm out of words to explain this two humans all i can say is may the lord bless them Avery second of their lives and thank you I'm very great full

We inquired about our scorecard because we haven't received vouchers or coupons. Ali took care of the necessary changes and offered us some coupons to ensure we left happy with our visit. Excellent and rare in retail service these days! Thanks Ali!

I think that I will be shopping here more because they have everything you need and more in a sports store. They are not over priced like most other sports stores, they have the styles I like and would want to purchase, and they have a great selection for each style. Their shoes are not bizarre colors or weird designs... and I am not being charged $100.00 or more for something not worth $10 bucks!!! The staff is very helpful and it is a bonus when the price rings up less than the sticker shows. 😁

Genuinely, I have had nothing but positive-excellent experiences shopping here (and since it is my local sporting goods store, I shop here quite often). Whether letting me try on every ankle brace when my old pair finally wore out, or the fantastic fellas in the golf section, this place is top notch. My only slight ding against them is a lack of basketball shoe selection; but then, that's not really how they "butter their bread". All in all, top marks!

Dave was so helpful the WHOLE TIME WE WERE AT THE STORE! He was friendly, happy to be at work and helped us in several different departments. We will.be back because of Dave and his friendliness and helpfulness. Thank you you so much Dave for doing out of your way to help us find what we needed.

I was at the Zona Rosa store and the Staff was amazing!! They were extremely polite and very helpful. They made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. They also made sure that we got the best price.

Soon as we walked in we were greeted politely and pointed in the right direction for what we were looking for. Even in our way there we were asked if we needed help, they were very nice, not at all pushy and knowledgeable. Really enjoy coming here!

Excellent inventory, helpful and friendly staff, and excellent prices. Also, it's just a NICE place, unlike most big boxes.

What's not to like?

David at the register made the experience a good one!!! The gal in the shoe department was less than excited to help us but David made up for it. Kudos to David!!!!
