I have been dealing with Charlsen for many years. They are the best. They always find us the best rate for our home and vehicles. If I ever have a question, I always get a quick response. I highly recommend this company. Bill has always been a pleasure to work with. Now I am getting to know his son Patrick and he's just as great to work with as Bill is.

Charles Insurance is a great and friendly place! They always know who I am when I call or go in to make my payments, and they're always willing to help anyway they can. We had car insurance with them originally and then added home insurance as well. They are the only company we use and I would recommend them to anyone needing insurance. They're very friendly, professional, and great at handling all the many questions I have had. Thank you everyone!

Newton has a number of great options when it comes to insurance so it can be pretty overwhelming. When I found CIA I first noticed how comfortable their office felt but the fact that CIA is an independent agency really helps them deliver the best solution.
