Not knowing what was going on with my car I stopped at Auto Zone in Newton. The manager (didn’t get his name) told me what the issue was and offered to fixed it. He got a long line so he said it would take him a few min. professionally he took care of his customers. Once he was done he came and fixed my car issue. I offered to pay and he said I didn’t have to. I appreciate him doing that for me. My husband always has me check in with them before going anywhere and else. I appreciate you helping me. Best customer service and way to help others during this time. Way to go Autozone Newton KS!

Top notch service very respectful, very knowledgeable as well. Vehicle broke down cross street at the gas station are willing to give me a quick jump and give me a ride over after walking in an amazing customer service.

While I do appreciate the amount of different items your store has and the incredible service your staff provides. The lack of a turn signal relay is what stopped me from giving this place 5 stars. HOWEVER, your staff went above the expectation and gilded me where I needed to go. Overall, amazing staff.

I was helped right away. Had a engine light test performed. Results were printed up for me.

Frank helped me out tremendously, I had a dead battery in the -5 degree weather with my child in the car, he was quick and skippy to come out and get my battery replaced and my baby warm again. He is truly a lifesaver. I will be coming back to autozone.

Excellent location!! My family and I were traveling across country and my blinker went out, which I had no idea how to fix. Byron was happy to help me and even installed the new bulb for me! He was amazing and super friendly! Highly recommend! :)

Not only are the staff helpful and knowledgeable, but honest as well. I accidentally left am envelope with nearly $300 in it sitting on their counter, and when I realized it was missing they had closed for the night. I called the next morning and it had been put in their safe, so that I could come get it. Such a relief. Thank you for quality parts, good service, and honest employees.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Also willing to admit when they don't know something, but still able to figure things out. Pretty much the only place my husband will go if he has a choice. Highly recommend.

Needed a part to fix my license plate holder ASAP, and Blake not only held the store open late for me right before they closed, but had the part at the front counter so I could get in and out quickly. Great customer service and could not be more appreciative!

Had what I needed tested and confirmed that I needed a battery removed and replaced the old one with no extra charge, tested the alternator, back on the road, and we're happy.

My windshield wipers had frozen during the recent snow storm and when I turned them on to wipers my wiper broke off. I headed straight to AutoZone in Wichita and Met Frank. Frank quickly helped me find what I needed and went above and beyond that to help me remove the broken parts of my wiper and replace it with a new one. Everyone at AutoZone is always so friendly and helpful, so I wasn’t too surprised that he offered additional help and service but, I was overjoyed that he did. He then told me that he drove into Wichita from out of town to help out the store, and that he normally works at the store in Newton. Not only was he a great help to me, but he was even willing to make the treacherous drive from out of town to help out the Wichita store on West Street. I am so grateful for people who go above and beyond for their customers! Thanks again Frank!

So I was in the process of moving from Colorado to Mississippi and my push out bearing went out and the district manager and store manager called around to all the mechanic shops for what seemed like 3 hours to find a shop that would fix my truck the same day and with no luck for a while they finally found a shop to do it and never gave up. I just wanted to say it was greatly appreciated and that is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a parts store. Thank y’all so much for all of the help. I would recommend everyone to go to this location!!

Chris H. at this location was a lifesaver today! We were driving back home to Norman, OK when we caught some debris under the front bumper and dislodged the inner fender liner and our splash guard. He helped us zip tie it back together and get on our way free of charge. A really nice man who gave us peace of mind as we finished our trip home on Labor Day.

Love the people that work here very helpful. Usually have everything I need and if not they can usually get it within the next day.

I came in after work to pick up wiper blades for my wife's car. After getting home I had picked up one that didn't work. When I returned I was helped by a gentleman named Eric I later found out his shift had ended for the day and by him being so helpful to me he had missed his ride home. I told Mr Eric I got you sir I'll take you home, I will be back and looking for Mr Eric to help out with any parts I may need

Friendly staff quick service.

My 88-year-old mother needed a battery for her car. Meghan saved the day and was so incredibly kind. In less than 15 minutes, she rang me up and took the battery out to the parking lot, removed old battery and expertly installed the new battery. Such a kind human!

Very helpful. Knew exactly what I needed to do to get my truck rolling SMOOTH again! They were even able to help my wife when she ran back in to grab a couple tools that I needed. Thank you guys for your help!
