Fun little trail to hike. Lots of wildlife in the area. Great for bird watching.

The road to the park is closed due to the construction at the Panasonic plant. So the park is closed as well. Hope this helps

This is such a nice park. It’s quiet, beautiful, peaceful and almost solitary. The paths and grounds are taken care of so well and it’s a great place to take your dog. Once in a while you’ll see a deer. Off the beaten path but easy to find off K10. Great in the fall too

I usually stop there to stretch my legs from driving. The trail is paved and relatively flat with a few inclines. If you don’t want to walk/ run/ bike the whole trail it has two folks in the trail to circle back. Nice and clean restrooms and two ball fields in the west side and information kiosk on the east side. I have been there with my family to bike on weekday evenings and there had typically been 4 - 10 people walking the whole trail! The grounds are kept mowed and clean every time we have been there. I highly recommend this park!

Shhhh! This is a hidden gem. And as many restaurants as I have reviewed, I should be on the trail here a lot more than I am. Great for a quiet mid morning cuppa joe. Or a little solitude in the afternoon for a stroll through the woods. Plenty of park benches to sit and watch the grass blow, take a load off. Let your kiddos ride their strider bikes. The trail here is just about a mile loop, so it doesn't attract the "on yer left!" crowd.

I've seen bald eagles wheeling in the fields across the road from here, and I once met a nice couple who lived in Belize when they aren't back home here in DeSoto. Walking their well-traveled hound. Whodathunk?

DeSoto city workers and the cops keep it tidy and mellow here.

My favorite little walking path close to home. My dogs really love to run and this is the best place to let them do that because it’s not overcrowded. It’s usually well kept and the path is easy to walk on. Check it out, get outside, and get moving!

I love this park! It is underutilized and not heavily used. I love the walk path around the park, it is very peaceful and calming. My kids love to take their scooters and ride along the pathway. The restrooms on the west side of ther park is great and very clean.

A nice paved walking trail, along with some footpaths if you desire, await anyone that happens upon this little hidden gem. It has a small parking lot but don't let that deter you because the crowds here are never big and it's a nice relaxing hike for those that want it.

To say this park is picturesque would be an understatement. I visited in late June and the colors were incredible. Landscaping was impressive as well. A perfect place to take the kids or walk your dog. 10/10
