Bremer Bank

Love this bank! They have helped us in many ways in running our business. The professional and friendly staff are like no other. Never had a bank that cared so much before. Thanks for all you do,

I love Bremer. I've been banking with them since I was 12; so I was very glad I wouldn't have to change banks when I moved to Bismarck.The tellers know me by my first name, which I won't find in a big, chain bank. They are always helpful with any account issues that I run into.

Convenient bank drive thru hours on Saturday from 9am to 1pm - so the review that says they aren't open is not true.

I banked at Bremer for about a year and loved it! Customer service was always fast, helpful and super friendly. The only reason I don't bank at Bremer any longer is because they are on the South end of town and I live on the North end. If they got a branch up here, I would switch in a heartbeat.

Their customer service is superb and always friendly. They are always there with smiling faces to help a customer and can always find a better avenue to keep you financially sound and steady.

I cannot believe the lack of compassion with this bank!! My mother has been a customer for over 20 years, and when she has issues they absolutely refused to help her unless she paid a fee! She had THREE checks from 2021, to three to different places, suddenly come out of her account 3 years after they were written. She immediately called the bank when she saw this on her online banking and they insist they do not have record of them clearing her account in 2021. It was also Friday afternoon and was told no one else can help her that day. She panics all weekend, and when Monday comes around she calls the Escalation Department that told her the same thing. She raised the concern that these are three different checks to three different places cashed three years later, isn't that a little concerning?! The person admitted it was odd, but couldn't offer much else. So they offered to research it further but for a $60 fee per check!! She has since done her OWN research and found that all three places have duplicate payments. One from 2021 and the most recent one for from 2/9/24. But providing receipts to the bank would not suffice to refund her the duplicate withdrawals from her account.
It's incredibly sad that an elderly woman calls her adult child crying because she is short on money and no one seems to want to help her remedy the situation! She will be moving to another financial institution in the very near future. Shame on you, Bremer Bank, for the lack of research into the issue and for the lack of compassion to help out a long time customer!

My daughter, who has a drug addiction, linked her cash app with my bank account therefore I have to close my account. $120 in overdraft fees. I tried to explain this to the lady in charge of my account. She said she would forgive 1 overdraft charge, which never happened. Instead I received an email about budgeting. Still receiving overdraft fees. Thanks for nothing ..right around Christmas. VERY UNHAPPY

DO NOT TRUST THEM EVER ... THEY WONT BE THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM .. worthless bank terrible terrible .. they say one thing then do another not to be trusted ever .. your a looser if you bank there ..

This bank is awful. Don't use this bank. You will be sorry if you use this bank. The customer service is the worst. Just look at there hours. 9 to 5 no weekends. Really?? When are you going to get the picture it is called customer service. Get a clue.
