Nordstrom Cafe consistently delivers much more than I'd expect from a department store restaurant. We go here very often, and we were always very pleased with our meals. The food is delicious and the portions are great. The service is also great. I also like how comfortable the seating is. We usually get tiramisu but we didn't this time. We regretted it. It's a fully accessible restaurant, restrooms are those located within the store. They are not gender neutral. They are mostly accessible.

First Time Coming Here And I Was Very Happy. Service Was amazing, the food was great and if course the entire restaurant was immaculate. Wish It wasn't moving away soon. :( but, I definitely recommend trying it out.

Emily was very sweet and super helpful. It waz my first time and i asked her what she would recommend, and she recommended me a lavender chai latte and I loved it. I will be coming back to this location because of the wonderful service Emily provided! Please give her a raise!! 💖

I really love this Cafe. The truffle fries and the tomato soup are favorites, but everything I've ever had is great.
Service is always top notch.

Reunited and it feels so good!
I've been missing my bi-weekly lunches at Nordstrom Cafe, and I am so glad to see that the Roma tomato soup, and service are just how they have always been.
The French dip is hands down my favorite sandwich, and there's just one of the best, with fresh potato chips!
Dave has worked here forever and always takes excellent care of us, It appears they're back to full menu, and have a really good kids menu!
Don't overlook this delicious destination just because it's in the mall, you will not be disappointed!

Great food; good service; a little pricy.

Don't be fooled by the sort of cafeteria-style set up. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. If you go during peak lunch or dinner hours, you may have to wait in line but it's worth it. The shrimp and arugula salad is my go-to meal. (Order it with the cilantro lime dressing!) The chicken sandwich with avocado and maple glazed bacon is another fave of mine. For dessert, the creme brulee, brown sugar pecan cookie and lemon ricotta cookie are all amazing. The staff is friendly and pays attention to detail. I once asked where they buy the maple glazed bacon, and a chef came out to explain that they make it themselves -- and then he gave me the recipe. One more thing -- If you don't have cash to tip your waiter, ask for cash back at the checkout when paying with your card.

I have been here many times. Nice girls day out place to eat. Food is always good with a wide variety to choose from. Great pasta, pizza, main dishes and soups. Salads are made right then with you telling them what you want in them. Dessert's are wonderful. In the summer the strawberry shortcake is to die for.

Always a favorite. Very good food. Gets pricier than you think considering it is cafeteria style dining. I have never been disappointed. Hope quality is maintained at their new location.

Upscale cafeteria dining with a varied and tasty menu. It's a little pricey but overall I'd say worth it. The Asian chicken salad is particularly good. And those famous Royale cookies are a must!

Nordstrom Cafe is a hidden treasure. Many years ago I worked in the park park mall and for over 6 months I did not know they had a cafe. It wasn't until I was complaining how sick I was of the food court. I wanted to feel like I got a real lunch time getting away from the crowds and typical "mall food". The Cafe is located on the 3rd floor. They have many unexpected food options that you would not think was possible in a mall. They are known for there tomato bisque soup and for good reason. That soup is still my favorite tomato bisque I have ever had. The ambiance gives a real restaurant feel. Takes you out of the mall food feel completely.

Everything I've ever ordered here is exceptional. The tomato basil soup is a favorite, as is the cilantro lime chicken salad. The deserts are the best I've ever had , even better than an expensive restaurant.

Their selection of frozen dumplings is great! They also have frozen poultry, seafood and meats but I always buy fresh fish and goat meat from their fresh meat section. I'm planning to buy a few woks and dimsum steamers from here next month! They have a large & impressive collection of classic woks, pans etc.

Ate at the OPKS location at Oak Park Mall yesterday. Ordered the truffle fries and salmon Niçoise salad - they were both DELICIOUS! They are now my new ‘go-to’ items on the menu. The staff is always friendly and very professional and the service and food are always great! The atmosphere is lovely. Two thumbs up!!!

They have a great range of American cuisine. From entrees, soup, salad, and sandwiches. I absolutely feel pampered every time I visit because of the amazing service.

Food and service are exemplary. It is like stepping into another world which takes your cares away and delivers you fab ginger tea, and delicious salad with shrimp and out of this world mouth watering corn bread croutons which are warm and oh so good.

I got a custom strawberry/mocha/banana ice storm drink. It was delicious! Highly recommend.

Took a co-worker for the first time....and wowza I forget how delicous the tomato soup is with the Asian chicken salad. I love this place! Not just for special occasions.

Limited menu, but very good sandwiches and meals at a reasonable price. Nordstrom's tomato soup and their coffee are outstanding.

Hidden away on the top level of Nordstrom, this cafe cranks out some serious grub! Skip right past the food court and make your way up here, you'll spend a few more dollars but will be way more satisfied.
