Always my go to place for men's dress shirts and slacks. Always have what I need in stock. Clerks were very helpful.

We always seem to find Good buys and new styles when we shop here. It's one of my fav. Stores and so sad they are almost extinct in some areas. I like Alfred Dunner clothes.

The line was a little long but it moved fast. Hard to find things that fit me since I have a 32in inseam but the Gloria Vanderbilt jeans in average were perfect. Pleasantly surprised!

Huge store with plenty of parking. I stopped in to get sleep shorts and an associate helped me find what I was looking for. They have really good sales. I always enjoy shopping at JCPenney.

I Like JCPenney is so fun to get assisted having fun taking picture. The Oak Park Mall is filled with creative staff for a great session and selective poses is an amazing experience.

I came in yesterday to the jewelry department and Sandra (sweetest worker) and Maria (the amazing) supervisor gave me the best customer service I could possibly receive! Thank you ladies sooo much!! I love coming to this location because they do take care of their customers!!

Sale prices were good, store was clean & well organized. The staff member that rang up my purchases was very kind & helpful.

Great sales and assortment of merchandise. Just wish they had more employees to check you out. Have to walk halfway across the store just to find someone to take your money.

Found a great deal on a swimsuit on clearance! The pink tags are buy one get one free so I got a top and bottom for $7.99!!!! We didn't even go there looking for a swimsuit but just walked by them. Never again will I be able to find a swimsuit that fits in less than 5 min for under $8.00😂

I purchase certain items from JC Penney. They always have a good sale and offer special savings. Found a couple of items that I had been looking for on this trip. Not to mention, this location has excellent people and service.

These employees are extremely friendly and helpful! Barb was so sweet and helped me find the perfect necklace to match my shoes. Dee at the register was so nice and complimenting, she made me feel so good! Customer service went above and beyond! Thank you for your kindness!

I haven't been here in a while i took my 10 month old grandson shopping of course i had to bring the mom too they had a very good sale on baby clothes. I spent close to $400.00 just on baby clothes it was worth it. Cashier i had was very friendly and helped me out to with coupons to help me save even more at check out. I will be back JcPenny always have some type of sale every time i shop there. I recommend people stop by on your next shopping spree.

Jewelry department was very helpful during a crazy busy holiday season. They were kind and patient with my son who was purchasing a gift for his girlfriend. The store overall was well stocked, needed more cashiers in the various clothing check out stands. (What retailer doesn't need more cashiers?) They shrunk the PJ department which was a bit disappointing. Looked like they needed the floor space for the trendy make up department planted in the middle of everything that is popular with the younger crowd. Overall, go shop at JCP. Rediscover that they have alot of clothing options. We don't want to lose another chain...

Gotten plenty of nice clothes here before and they all fit perfectly. I love the options they have and the designs in most of their clothing. I don't think I have ever bought anything from here and been less than satisfied. The staff is very helpful and the place is always kept very clean. I will be back for whenever I need something clothing related.
