Macy's

I haven't been to oak park mall in 45 years. I worked here at a store called "County seat" while attending jccc. Very interesting to walk the mall again! So, bff and I hit Macy's as she's returning something (and subsequently bought more stuff 🤣). While roaming around we jaunt to the basement and discover a section called "backstage". Bff and I look at each other somewhat perplexed, shrug our shoulders and enter. Ok, folks, this is a treasure trove of returned, discontinued and no longer available items. Seriously! Clothes, health and beauty, home decor, toys, etc. We spent an hour here (and I hate shopping). I found a gorgeous sparkly top (I'm always in sports gear) for new years eve. Look at the price tag! That's a price that rivals Goodwill in Lawrence which has suddenly decided they're Weaver's. 🙄 anyway, it's a good find and if you find yourself here saunter on down! Maybe you'll find a treasure!

Love shopping at Macy's for the great variety and quality of products. I found the Mother-of-the-Bride dress I needed and bought a new Coach perfume all within 30 minutes of entering the door. I'd say this was an excellent shopping trip!

I got a set of wedding bands for my wife here. Great price and lots of options. Great price only spent $4,700.00

My husband and I were shopping for cologne for him for Christmas. Macy's had a great selection and some really good deals.
Everything went smoothly and great selection of higher end colognes.

Its where I buy most of my cologne & man products!! & the department I go to is right inside the main entrance. The lady's there are extremely helpful & very eager to help when buying gifts for my wife!!

Love to go to Macy's they always have some kind of discounts, the variety of different brands and clothes all in one place make it easier to decide where to shop.

Prices are a little over average, but compared to the brands and clothes quality they have, I can say prices are fair

Macy's is one of our favorite stores and I can usually find something I like there. We like to go into other places because they don't all have the same things.

We shop their sales. Check out the Back Stage area on the bottom floor. Lots of good deals.

Good n range of Products of branded . Store sales help to get better price.

Great experience- went pre black Friday scent shopping and wasn't disappointed. Great selection - Jimmy Choo Intense was the choice. Thanks Macy's!

We stopped in for perfume and cologne. The lady that helped us (she worked the Lancôme counter) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She recommended Versace Dylan Purple for me and I absolutely love it, plus they had it in a gift set. My husband purchased his normal Bleu de Chanel.

I went to Macys today after not having been at a mall for months. I could not find what I was looking for, but that’s me and my style, not Macys fault. November is not a good time for me to shop unless I was looking for Christmas themed items. I’ll try again in a couple months and catch those after Christmas sales.

Loved it loved it loved it! Was shopping for a newborn baby I love sale so I had to go to the sale section. They have some really good items on sale. I could not find anything online so I went it was well worth it. The cashier was very nice and friendly she kept conversation flowing I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Macy's.

Everything is reasonable. I love to come here for my perfumes

Found a new Parfum for my husband due to some incredible help at the counter. Some other service was not so great, but I'm giving it a 5 star because of that one employee. She even taught my daughters how to spray and wear Parfums and how the will uniquely smell on them.

I have loved Macy's for many years. They always have good sales and great deals on their clearance racks. I love the quality of the plus sized clothing, especially. Highly recommend!

Good store polite staff and excellent selection of all items

We just moved to this area a couple months ago, and our oldest son was asked to prom (a week before the event). We tried, in vain, to rent him a tux at several places. So, we went to Macy's. We found a gentleman named Steven that works in men's wear. He helped our son pick out the perfect suit, accessories, and all for a great price. My kid had almost given up hope of going to this prom, but after we left Steven and his amazing shopping skills and eye for style, my kid was so excited to go, feeling all sorts of dapper. Steven, I hope you see this review, as we did not get to thank you in person to the degree of which I felt necessary. You are amazing at what you do, sir. Our sincere respect and gratitude. Will return to this Macy's for that service...over and over.

Bought some bras online and inadvertently failed to put the size on the order, so of course I had to return them. I was delighted at the treatment given to me by Nayyavg Janjua. She was so courteous and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to make certain I was satisfied with the exchanges I made. A great asset to Macy's.

I haven't come across a Macy's I didn't like. Now some are better than others. But over all a great store
