Shelter Insurance - Ryan Aylward

Ryan has always been professional, proactive and fair. He calls to remind me when I have things due. He has all my houses and cars for many years and have been very happy with his service! I was going to switch to support a friend, but Ryan's prices couldn't be beat. I would definitely recommend Ryan!

FRAUD! Do not get your insurance through this gentleman. You can NEVER get a hold of him and he ILLEGALLY changed my policy and changed the mileage I drive to work (nothing has changed about my mileage or employment since July 2017) on 12/05/2018 which made my payment go up by close to $100. Right before Christmas. Called shelter and they saw what had happened and filed a complaint against Ryan to the department of insurance. He also did the same thing to my parents who were with him for years and they had to switch. I will be filing a complaint against him to have his licensed questioned and/or revoked! I’m a licensed home and auto insurance agent as well and this is absolutely illegal and unacceptable.

Was are insurance agent for 16 years and helped put a 5400 lein on a plea from another guys insurance company who hit me visiously at 50 mph while I was behind an old lady at a stop light. Was never told about this and pretty much laughed at me and told me that they should be doing this when confronted. Don't make the same mistake we did.
