I rarely leave reviews but the service I recieved this week from Kyle Hardwick and his team, has blown me away. The brakes in my 4runner went out and from the moment I arrived, I was treated like a celebrity. Kyle made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. In addition to all of this he surprised me with a 20% discount on my bill because I work in a school! …Kyle’s communication efforts are second to NONE! The enire service department greets you with smiles and warmth. The only place I will have my car taken care of from now on, will be Olathe Toyota!

I have been a customer of Olathe Toyota since 2011, and my parents have been customers even longer. I can honestly say that this location has always taken exceptional care of myself and my family. Adam White in the Service Department has amazing customer service, and truly cares about each person. He goes the extra mile, above and beyond, every time. The entire team at this location is the perfect mix of professional and warm, and I know without a doubt that my car is in good hands. It's so nice to be able to have this kind of trust in the people who are taking care of you and your car.

Fast and friendly service on my lease vehicle. I really love the video review of their service that is texted to you. Plus, once they're done, the service tech also goes over everything they did and asks if there are any further concerns. We always have great service here.

this dealer is very professional, and low pressure. they made me feel very good about the purchase. plus they have a lifetime power train warranty on new and used certified cars! I give them a 10 out of 10. trust me that's hard for me to give out!

Had a nail in my tire. They were able to repair it, didn’t try to upsell me anything, and the cost was pretty reasonable. I think they even gave my car a little bath before I picked it up. I was pretty happy with this experience, which was recommended to me and I will recommend to others.

They are very well organized, very helpful. Because I was trying to look some things up on a used vehicle that I bought and I wanted to see what it came equipped with as far as the dash unit was concerned especially. Simple thing to look up, but they took the time to help me out and told me I could just bring a used tire by and drop it off they'd take it. And they got me in and out and done and a quick amount of time.

I've been coming to Olathe Toyota to get my vehicles serviced for 21 years. The staff is great. I won't lie, I've had issues with things, but they have ALWAYS made it right. In today's world that's important. Sure we all want things done right, but we are ALL also human & mistakes can happen, so when & IF one is made, just know they WILL make it right!

This new system they implemented is very cool, you get a video from the technician explaining how the car situation is and suggested repairs. The text from the services representative (Tyler) were also on time and keeping us appraised of the entire process. Overall great experience.

Great service. You can schedule an appointment online and their waiting area is nice. Comfy chairs, big TVs, and can get snacks if you desire. Much better than other auto places I've been to in the past.

I was so impressed with their honesty regarding my service needs. I had scheduled a certain mileage service and once there they found I only needed a tire rotation which was no charge since I had bought my tires there. It was awesome having someone say "no charge"!

I took my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in for service March 2, 2021 cause a squirrel ate my wires. Courtney signed me in and did my paper work. Courtney let me know step by step on the work the shop is doing. What was going on. I order a bed cover and forgot to measure the bed on the truck. She took me back in the shop to make sure I got it right. Every time I came in,she knew who I was even with a mask on. Courtney made it so easy for me to just relax as my truck was being worked on. . Courtney works at Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota. Thank you to the mechanic for doing a great job. It was a lot of wires to replace. And couldn't have been easy. Courtney has text and called to make sure my truck is in great hands and even texted me after I took my truck home to make sure I was happy. Asked if I got the bed cover I had bought fit. It fit perfect. Thank you Olathe Toyota for having Courtney to help me every step of the way.

Excellent. We were there for a service and needed our 30,000 miles service which would take 3 hours. A shuttle took us to Long Branch for lunch- they would take us anywhere we wanted to go.

Really great service. Was in and out quickly. They also washed my vehicle free of charge. The lobby was very clean and even had massage chairs. And very spread out. I always go to Olathe Toyota.

Olathe Toyota truly has no competition when it comes to customer service. Being in my late 60s I have had many occasions to experience dealership service. I am amazed at how well this company has managed serviced. I would recommend buying car or trucks here & or servicing any vehicle.
