Oh boy did I have a good experience with Venture Real Estate! Not only did Dan do a top-notch job helping me buy and sell my home, but I saw first-hand how he went above and beyond for my mom when she needed to buy and sell - that meant a lot to me. This review is coming a bit late as we are coming close to a year post-purchase, but we feel that everyone should know about our amazing experience with Mike Bohrer. When we were home shopping in the BisMan area, we lived a couple of hours away, so short notice home viewings were impossible. We scheduled most of our showings on Saturdays or Sundays and Mike willingly took time out of his weekends to show us homes. Within the first few houses, he nailed down exactly what our criteria were. We looked at every house on the market that fit that criteria, but couldn’t find “The One.” During this process, he advised us on neighborhoods, home conditions, and possible obstacles we might have had post-purchase. Mike watched the new listings diligently and contacted us early in the morning the day our dream home came on the market. He immediately scheduled a video walkthrough and we put an offer in that same day. As a result of Mike’s industrious efforts, we were able to obtain our perfect home, the home where we will raise our children and spend our lives. After living here for almost a year, we can safely say our feelings have not changed. This is still our dream home. We are so grateful for Mike’s hard work and talents in the real estate industry. If you need a realtor, I would not hesitate to recommend him and Venture Realty.

Dan helped us a ton while purchasing a home from a distance. I can’t think of too many people I would trust to help us buy a home sight unseen, but we were fully confident in trusting Dan through that process!!

Mike Bohrer both helped me through our first time purchasing and our first time selling a house.

When we set out to buy a house we had almost no idea what we where really looking for. Mike was patient and showed us so many houses I have lost count. He never tried to push us into making a purchase and genuinely was as excited to get in and see new houses as we where.

When we finally found the house we wanted, Mike aggressively pursued the seller. The market at this time was incredibly fast and my schedule kept me out of town for long hours. Mike went out of his way to meet me late at night so that we could sign papers and put the offer through. Without this, we would have never gotten the house.

Eventually some issues arose at the bank, the bank was unable to complete the loan inside of the window given. Mike stepped in and made a phone call for us, with his help we managed to get the loan process taken care of inside of a couple of weeks and still make our closing dead line.

When we sold the house, Mike was the first person we called. He came out and we discussed a price, he brought along relevant pricing data and helped us to get our house on the market at the right price.

In less the two weeks we had an offer, but our closing date would happen after we had moved out of state. No problem for Mike and his team at Venture, everything was handled electronically and Mike kept us informed through the entire process of what to expect. He even let in a carpenter to do some repair work for us after we had moved.

If life should ever bring us back to Bismarck, there is one group I will reach out to for help in real estate and that's the team at Venture.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cory recently. There are agents out there who are engaged and supportive and those who simply go through the motions.
