I had a wonderful driver named Mr. Leonard Lewis. He was so polite and helpful with my package. He truly went beyond the usual leaving the package. He was very helpful with the placement of my package so I could manage it with ease. His customer service was excellent and a pleasant surprise. FedEx has a gem with Mr. Lewis because he really cares about his customers. He was full of energy and looking forward to his next delivery. I wanted someone to know how pleased I was with Mr. Lewis's customer service and TJ and Kevin were thrilled to hear the compliments. I am so happy I was able to talk to both of them after 5pm. I would recommend FedEx every time! Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Awesome drivers and the management goes above and beyond for customers and their employee drivers.

I could have done without one of their employees peeing at a tree on elementary school property grounds that backs up to my yard. There are lots of public places less than a mile that would have been happy to let him use the bathrooms.

I REPEAT if your looking for a job or a career in the field of transportation..DO NOT DO IT! they lie to there employees about certain benefits including raises...they also will use you as much as you as much as they can until they see that your catching on to there bs..then they’ll find some kind of way to let you go...please anybody reading this, don’t waste your time with these guys especially Kevin Martin and TJ Martin

Truck # 411953 just blew through a residential stop sign with kids around.....Nice job! Very professional. Driver thought it was funny..NEVER USE FEDEX!

Won't pay overtime but yet requires you to work overtime!
