Let me tell you something. This is a beautiful city. Bird chirping and everywhere you go the grass is green.

Listen, I had to relocate here for work and I was little nervous because I didn’t have a community or knew anyone but when I tell you, I’ve met some of the most amazing, friendly and heart warming people in my life. Even as POC, I don’t feel uncomfortable. EVERYTHING is so clean and just welcoming. And FEELS safe. I just want to meet the mayor and tell him how amazing the city looks and he should be so proud. The parks and street looks incredible! I love being relocated here and may set roots! Love it here!

Recently I took some family members to a couple different city offices to handle business and was floored with how excellent their customer service (cs) was. In a time where great cs is a rarity I felt it had to be mentioned.

It was even the the security guards when you entered. All the workers we encountered were Caucasian and unfortunately we are just not familiar with such all around excellent cs especially with city government interaction being people of color.

I'm not sure if this is usual behavior for them or what but we were all shocked! I'd love to know did they recently have a retreat or strategic meeting or something similar to lead to such results. Whatever it was needs to be patterned throughout the region.

One more thing it was very clean in and around the buildings I didn't take pictures though.

Disclaimer this was my one and only experience with this government offices, I don't live in this area but my family member said it was the same the day before when she visited.

Also, this is not to say I haven't had reasonably good customer service with other governments before but this was my first it has been this all around excellent service. You typically run until at least one person that "seem" to not want to be there but not here and not that day. Great job, your efforts are appreciated!
