Super helpful staff. My first time buying work boots and a woman, I didn’t get her name, immediately came over to explain to me the different types and recommended a couple choices which I ended up buying from.

I sent my order to the wrong store and the person I talked to (wish I would have gotten her name so I could tell someone how awesome she was) was so hopefully and nice. It's very rare that this happens anymore. Especially since it was my mistake. I can not express how grateful I am for her help and the accommodation of sending it to the right place.

Great place to shop for a large assortment of western wear and construction clothing. Large selection of boots, button ups, jeans, hats and belts.

Helpful and friendly service! Recently ordered some boots online from them on December 7th 2018. Had not recieved them and today was December 18th. This location had the my size and offered to call to cancel my order so I could purchase and go home with them! Even got me the online offer price! The boots are hand crafted and takes 90 days to put out an order, so that is understandable with hand crafted boots. I was just excited to get them sooner than later. 😁

Staff were helpful and friendly! Husband purchased boots but he needed a larger boot. The same young men were working and they remembered him and were quick to assist him. I know he enjoyed sharing some "old man" life advice, I am sure. I saw some boots that I need on my wishlist! Great job guys!!

Lindsey Jo was so helpful. I was shopping for a young girl who rides horses and she was knowlegeable about what kinds of boots to wear and helped me to choose a great boot.
Tami the assistant manager was super helpful as she buffed the boots up and made sure they were in excellent condition for me to ship out.
Travis, another supervisor went in the back to retrieve a box for me send out the boots. The service each individual was amazing! Thank you!

I always buy my boots here, clothing too. Nice service, polite folks here, if they don't have want yo lookin for they'll try to find it whether that's boots or pants they can get it. I enjoy buying belt buckles here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, not just with me but every customer. Anytime I heard someone ask for something vaguely they immediately brought up several options that fit their needs. They need one out in western Kansas

Great customer service. I've never purchased boots before and had no idea where to start (it really isn't that hard, but I'm a difficult person). The three gentleman helped me with my exchange and finding a new pair of boots. Very friendly!

First time ever shopping here. My manager and my boss from Honda of Olathe told me that this amazing store has the jacket I was looking for and I finally got it and cheaper than other places! I really love and I got the help quick and they treated me awesome!

My husband wears size 14 (sometimes 15) shoes. It's very difficult to find stores that actually carry these sizes, but this location had a few to choose from! He was able to find a pair he loved. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had bought a pair of boots roughly 5 months ago and one of the boots had the interior being ripped up from a small abnormality Inside of it. I went in and told them the issue. Shout out to Billy and Travis, those guys are so great. They helped me find a new pair of the same boots. They where super helpful, friendly, kind, and reasonable.

Great manager. I had to return w pair of boots before finding the style and size that worked for me. She was very easy to work with and was able to provide recommendations without hovering like a car salesman like other shops in town.

This store is great. Their Employees are super nice. I buy all my western gear from here. It can be a little pricey but it is good quality. I believe that this sure it’s a five star.

Good store with a great variety of western items. Bought a beautiful western hat there a year ago which I wear often and have always gotten compliments on it. Plan to come back soon for a dress hat for church. Staff there was always very helpful.
