Hands down, this is the best pharmacy in the KC metro area. After a long and diligent search for a pharmacy that offers a 'personal touch,' I grew weary of the 'big corporate' pharmacies beset by lengthy wait times and impersonal treatment. Sigler Prairie Star has exceeded my expectations, consistently going above and beyond to ensure my medications are refilled promptly and without the slightest delay. They have also been readily available for my annual vaccinations, with no waiting time. I give them an A++++ rating. All of the staff are so helpful. Being new to the area and never having to deal with prescriptions before, they handle refills seamlessly and contact the doctors when needed. So much better than the big chains. We even see one of the pharmacists at the local grocery store. Very friendly!

I have been going here for 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Their hours may be limited but if you go in with a paper script thats unscheduled it’s usually filled in 20 minutes. If my usual monthly medications are running low just give them a call (you can actually talk to a human normally a pharmacist, Makena and Sam are great) to make sure your refill will be ready. Better than the big box Pharmacies. Prices generally lower than them as well.

The people here are truly special. They have really fast turnaround with anything that is within their control and they have excellent communication, including proactively reaching out with questions, which just seems like premium service to me compared with other pharmacies I’ve used. And they are kind. Last week, when we went for a pickup, my 4-year-old said she was hungry and I had no snacks on me. One of the staff went to her personal lunch bag and gave my daughter a choice of her apple or fruit bar. Acts of kindness like that are so uplifting. Thank you to the whole team there for setting such a high standard for a pharmacy.

I absolutely love every single person that works here. I've never had an issue and will drive 30 minutes past every Walgreens and CVS along the way knowing I'm going to get great service from kind people!

I like to support local. So when we moved here from another city, I found Sigler and I really like their super quick service, not like the chain pharmacies.
The people there are so nice and helpful, I would definitely recommend them for sure!

I love this pharmacy. They have been so helpful in maintaining the supply of my son’s adhd medication when so many families are having difficulties obtaining scripts. They are always willing to answer questions or reach out to the doctors office. I will always drive a little further distance to continue to utilize this local small business over a big chain pharmacy!

If you live in this area - THIS needs to be your home pharmacy! What I was putting up with at CVS was AWFUL. Prairie Star is the total opposite! They are so kind and helpful! 5-star customer service!

This is the best little pharmacy! The attention to detail and friendly greeting every time makes my trips to the pharmacy so pleasant. It’s quite the change from the depersonalization felt from the large chain stores.

By far the *best* pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacists are friendly and easy to get ahold of and medications are filled quickly. I’ve switched all of my medications to this pharmacy and couldn’t be happier! I wish I had switched sooner.

I called at 1158a on Saturday to see if my prescription was ready. It was but they closed at 12p. Makenna said no problem she would meet me between the pharmacy and my house and have my prescription. I'll never go anywhere else this is the kind of people the are. They always know us by first name. And May I add I've never waited more than 5 mins when I pick up.

For a family that has a lot of prescriptions, Sigler makes it so easy for us. No long lines, free mail delivery, and the pharmacists and techs know us by name. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been too.. they are so courteous and reach out every time when a renewal is ready and they mail the prescriptions. The girls there are fantastic and our family really likes this pharmacy... Thank you ladies for always taking care of us.

We have been using Sigler Pharmacy at their Prairie Star location since moving to Lenexa in 2020. They are by far the most efficient and friendly staff we have done business with in our 40+ years in Kansas.
