I wish to commend Iveth Linares whose professionalism, personal touch, politeness, and knowledge was exceptional on my October 17, 2023, visit to open a savings account. She also showed kindness to fellow workers. It was a real pleasure to interact with her.

Every single teller I’ve interacted with at this location has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always exceed my expectations.

Special shout out to Gabe for always being so patient with us! Seems like he never has a bad day.

A big shout out to Ali Sink at the Olathe Station Branch. She is always very helpful with whatever I need. She recently assisted me with a wire transfer issue. She followed up until it was resolved and kept me informed along the way. I am very thankful for her help and know that if I need something, she will be there to help! Enterprise Bank goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service!

Bree is fantastic. On the memo line of a check of mine I was cashing, I put vacation. It was a wonderful surprise to see written on the envelope to have a great time. That is excellent customer service.

Wow, wow, wow! It's not every day one takes the time (before Thanksgiving albeit) to write a review on their banker. I am a father of nine and my wife and I have lived in the Olathe area for 20+ years. We have been banking with Enterprise, in some fashion or another, for more than half of that.

My wife was the first to create an account. I created a very small business account to handle checks for my business. Ali was the person that set my account up and the person that I've dealt with for close to 10 years. Let me set the stage, I'm 50. Now, I am not a huge customer of theirs (sometimes it's a battle to keep positive in the account these days) but I've had plenty of experience with banks and, at Enterprise, even though I'm not a huge customer, I am made to feel like one.

Ali and her team (at Enterprise) have been through some difficult times with me and even though I might not get what I'm hoping for 100% of the time, I am treated with compassion and they always do their best.

Today, for example, (again, the day before Thanksgiving - a HUGE cooking day for moms) was Ali's day off. She came in on that day off to meet my wife and I to sign some papers....and didn't bat an eye at doing so.

There are several things that a person needs to ensure they have quality service with - a doctor, dentist, perhaps an accountant of some sort - but most definitely a bank. You never know when you will always need one desperately. This was my time - and Enterprise is *my* bank!

Thank you Enterprise Bank & Trust - and THANK YOU for having quality employees - such as Ali. It would be a tough decision to not want to move my funds if Ali ever left for another bank!!

I started going to this bank a few years ago but only to cash my check. I meet this wonderful women named Michelle and she has always been so friendly, welcoming and I love chatting with her. But the more i came into the bank I would meet more amazing people like Nicole and Amanda. They have an amazing staff of people and I enjoy going to visit them any change I get. You're guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face..

I love the Olathe Station branch because everyone there is so friendly! Amanda and other tellers recognize me and call me by name. Michelle has always been helpful with new accounts. Whatever financial transactions I came for are always taken care of promptly with the bonus of each interaction being a pleasant social encounter as well.

Blown away by the great level of service at Enterprise and this branch. Heard they were small-business friendly and they have not disappointed. Marly M is a rockstar, and Ali S and Andy S did a great job also. Highly recommended.

Love this branch! They are always helpful & friendly. Almost didn’t go inside last Thursday but so glad I did as Tanika Wilkins became one of top favorite Banker / Connections.

The staff helping w a “clipped credit card” issue were exemplary. Nicole was incredibly responsive and made sure that all the paperwork was submitted to dispute the few charges that leaked through before the fraud unit locked the card down. Top notch customer service from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with the Enterprise Olathe Station family. This is why customers feel more like family.

I have had the pleasure of coming to this branch on almost a daily basis for the last 6 months. It’s not often you can go into an establishment and they call you by name. The customer service I receive is top notch from Ali, Michelle, Nicole, Amanda, Zina and Tanika. If you go early enough you will also walk into the bank thinking you are in a bakery with fresh baked cookies! The team at this branch is bar none

Love this bank! The Olathe Station location is exceptional with customer service and friendly faces! Michelle solved a 2 year old problem for us in about 15 minutes..... and stayed after hours to do it!
