Dunkin'

just got back from dunkin, the workers were so sweet and welcoming! the food i got was delicious. i asked for my hash browns extra crispy and they did that for me! donuts were not dry and tasty. i ordered a latte with vanilla and caramel, and they even went that extra step of asking if i wanted it half and half or another way. great experience! the worker at the window said it smelled good (best compliment ever) and the woman who took my order was also just very sweet.

This review is strictly for Jay! Not only was this young man over worked he was so under staffed! The way he was working was impressive! My order got messed up and he made it right I wasn't going to ask for them to fix it but he noticed and made it right on his own!!! Without him I don't think I that this Dunkin would have ran so smoothly this morning!

The food here is amazing, the crew members and manager are kind, well trained, and know where majority of products are stored, and welcome new hires. Unlike the manger at the 75th location (Mindy), Tj is one of the best managers I’ve met, regardless of store and company. If your a manager reading this, try to be more like Tj

Never had any problems here. I get the black pepper egg and cheese croissant. All the coffee is good too.

I go here multiple times a week omw to work during their morning rush and overall am always satisfied with the items I get. Only twice ever in the hundreds of items I've ordered have they gotten it wrong: once was the wrong cheese on a sandwich and once was the wrong drink, but both times they made it right next time I was in. Their team is great and Derrek is especially amazing with his customer service! Thank you!! =)

The young lady that helped me today at 12:12 pm was really sweet. Great service! Love my munchkins and Glazed Choc!

Good to see a Dunkin' in Midwest. Best coffee and quick drive thru service. Weekday morning service is always less than a minute but Weekend drive-thru or in-store can be hectic. I will always rely on App is place order ahead on weekends to beat waiting lines. Ice coffee mocha and dark roast are my favorites here.

Ordered over the app and they were out of many kinds of doughnuts so the man asked if he could replace them instead of doing it without asking. This place is great and to the guy who helped us I appreciate you this morning 😊

For the most part, this location is fantastic. The baristas are fast, friendly, and make delicious drinks. Sometimes, there are inconsistencies, but the good drink versus bad drink ratio is still popping enough to keep me coming back here. The manager at this store is super professional, customer friendly, and makes me feel as though my business is valued. I felt this on Friday morning when I can in to grab a drink I had ordered for pickup on the App. Dunkin is taking over again...watch out Starbucks!

Have to give a shout out to this location today. You could tell they brought back the good manager today! We went at a normal busy time. Usually, like the reviews say, the team is slow and you will wait a long time; But not today. It was like the old days, when this was my favorite location. It was an awesome experience; fast and efficient. I hope that they have brought back old managers and will continue to thrive.

Awesome place. Good drinks and some of the best glazed donuts tht we've had in a while.
Samual was a lovely gentleman. Professional, personable and took our order promptly and was an all around nice young man.

Well it’s been 4 years since I’ve been here and they seem to have it together. Fast friendly service. Drive thru was quick. Slower orders was asked to pull forward to continue to service orders that are ready. Thank you.
Would like some gluten free options.

Dunkin' coffee can be a bit of an acquired taste if you aren't used to fast food type coffee but honestly it's what I prefer now. Service is nice here and quick to get through the drive-thru. Always seems like they're out of any bagel except plain or everything :( but I also know I go during the morning rush and I should probably get there earlier. The eggs are not great but again what do you expect from a fast food breakfast place?

A few times recently I have been to the drive thru and was told they were out of iced tea. I was there today and the employee told me they were out but would brew some for me. Thank you to the employee/employees today for showing some efforts in pleasing the customer!

Tried the butter pecan iced coffee today and it is amazing! Definitely would recommend! The service was also excellent friendly faces an overall wonderful atmosphere!

Wonderful donuts and the nicest people. The other night we went in and the guys have my kiddo a few smoothie samples just so she could figure out which smoothie to get. Such nice people.

They gave us 2 boxes worth of free donuts since nobody picked it up. Have to say best Donut place ever.
