State Bank of Spring Hill

There is no customer service here and they do not care about people. I have never been treated so poorly by any banking institution and I am in the industry myself. I have never left a bad review for a bank, but I must do so on this one. They actually told a client they were not a customer just because they have had their safety deposit box there over 20 years. Bottom line they will do no more than they have to for anyone. The request we made was an easy one and refused to help on two different occasions. The staff members we have dealt with there are cold and unprofessional. There are plenty of good banks out there no one needs this one. We went to First Option Bank, and they took great care of us and went out of their way to make us feel valuable as a customer.
