Shopping for a dress for our daughter. Sue, and her manager Amelia went above and beyond to help find the perfect dress. The were polite, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you for helping us!!

I’ve always liked Dillard’s. What’s nice about the Oak Park Mall location is how it’s always been separated into two stores: Dillard’s North (Women’s) and Dillard’s South (Men’s and Housewares). I really like that because it keeps all departments organized. They are usually pretty friendly and helpful in both stores. Also worth mentioning is how they really do go all out with their holiday displays.

The gentleman who helped me select place mats in the Home Shop was very pleasant as well as informative. And I found exactly what I wanted! I'd certainly shop in this department again.

We walked in and could not find anyone to help initially. They were all helping other customers. Bethany not only helped me with the shoes I picked out, but also recommended others. She walked us over to the area and pointed shoes that git my needs. She continued to check on us. Very helpful. I found the right shoes. Joseph Seibel shoes are so comfortable. Thank you!

Go see Calieb for menswear and shoes!! He knows the products, works efficiently, and is funny and fun to work with. Giving him a special shout-out because he went out of his way to the ladies department to help me, at the end of the day, and narrowed down to the perfect work wear item I wanted (in my size!!) in under 15min. In a world of lackluster and rude employees, it's worth noting when someone does their job WELL and saves you time and $$$. Thanks Calieb!

Angela is an amazing sales person in the dress department at Dillard's. She went out of her way to help me find a dress for my daughter's wedding. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were appreciated very much.

Found a super cute pair of Gianni bini's in pink and they are soooo comfortable! When I put them on it felt like they had memory foam padding. I normally have a hard time with shoes and get blisters but with these babies I know that won't be an issue. They also have this pair in black and baby blue!

Snagged a pair X-Section loafers for my man, he's super picky when it comes to shoes and when he tried them on he had a huge smile on his face! They are made with real Brazilian leather, an added bonus is that they also have memory foam comfort footbeds!

I’m so glad that Linda (in jewelry and watches) was able to help me find the perfect timepiece! She understood my style instinctively and with me that is a difficult task/ AMAZING!! Much appreciated!

Easy access on the south side of Oak Park Mall. Great selection of men's clothing, shoes and cologne. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

Calieb (yes, with an i) in Men’s Murano is amazing!! He always helps me pick out the best outfits to keep my hubby looking fresh! You’ll never be disappointed with him!!

One of our favorite stores but they don't do a lot of discounts or sales so we don't shop here as much but I usually check out their Calvin Klein and their Slimfactor sections because I like the way they fit me.

Help in the Men's Department was outstanding. I'm ready for Easter now.

WHAT?! Clearance MKors purses with another 40% off...I got the 2 crossbody & white bag all for $190 & the tote & wallet for less than the original price of the tote! Freakin Awesome!!

My wife needed a nice purse that would help carry her phone and All of her medical cards and credit cards. She found one perfect & exactly what she was looking for. Thanks

Dillard's has always been an upscale department store. They have a great selection at a variety of prices.

I bought my sister and cousin purses that they fell madly in love with. Just look at their eyes.
The cashier was super helpful and very kind. I bought them at the five minute mark before closing.

Nice selection and great vacation summer selection! Clean and nice! Gal at perfume counter was busy on her phone but finally got some help from another associate and bought it at different store. Other then that nice store!

Outstanding customer service!!! We were in the men's department looking at and trying on pants and sweaters. We were helped by a very kind and pleasant associate named Sara. She was kind enough to put our bags behind the counter and watch them while we looked around. She has a great personality and went above and beyond just asking if we needed any help. I hope Dillard's will recognize what an excellent person she is.
