Beaver Shelter with Nature Playground

This shelter is awesome, with bathrooms (which were actually clean), playground, and walking trails close to the lake. Good sized pavilion which would seat 50 or more easily

The hiking trails around this lake were really lovely. There are some nice vista over the lake to relax.

Great place for all ages! Playground with climbing structures and a zip line, nature play and fort building structures, shelter house, restrooms, and walking trails. There is a paved and unpaved trail. One note: the climbing tower going up to the slide is not designed for little ones. The rope ladder and platform are very easy to fall through.

Beautiful park, lake and shelter house. Celebrated a friend's graduation party there. It was a very enjoyable and lovely setting.

The City of Olathe did a great job on this shelter. It has a great location, lots of shade, and just a short walk to the lake. There is a very nice playground and public restrooms that are clean and close to the shelter.
