Nick Rouse - State Farm Insurance Agent

After being with State Farm for over 6 years, I was forced to find a new agent after the sudden passing of my old agent. I discussed my options with the staff at my old agency because they were going to close. Nick came highly recommended along with a few other State Farm agents. I went and met with a couple agents other than Nick, then discussed some my plans of using some of State Farm's other services. All of the agents I met with were great, but I chose to go with Nick because he made me easily understand some other policy information that I was previously confused about. The rest of the team that works with Nick is very easy to get along with and they are always there to answer my questions or to address my concerns. I appreciate the hard work that Nick puts into his business and will keep recommending him to my friends and family.

We have been with Nick at State Farm for over 3 years. 2017 has been a tough year. Hail damage and now flood damage. Nick has been by our side and available to us throughout both of these. He's an agent that's "there" for you. Not just during the selling process of your policy, but when the tragedy hits. Last week the day our house flooded, he grabbed his gloves, put on his boots, got in his truck, drove an hour to our house and helped up pull carpet.. move furniture and offered to get us dinner. That's real people! Like a good neighbor... Nick Rouse State Farm is there. It's a jingle, but it's also what happened. I can't thank him enough and encourage you to choose him for your insurance needs!

I've had my renters policy with this specific office for a year now. I just renewed, so it will be a second year. These guys are great! I got my quote initially online before I moved from Chicago. They sent over all the information my apartment complex needed and I didn't have to worry about it. It was done within the hour I called! I just renewed and they did the same thing again! They added what I needed to the policy and sent it over. The agent I deal with is Laura and she is awesome! I would recommend her, this office, and State Farm to family, friends, anyone really. This is the best service I have received from an insurance agency.
