Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Canes does not disappoint when it comes to tasty chicken, zesty canes sauce and that delicious toast! The staff is friendly and exchanged funny sayings at the drive through with some light laughter…🤣 If you like fast fried chicken would recommend whether you eat in or drive through.

The chicken was so HOT and fresh that we couldn't even hold it! 😅 Fries were waaay too salty, like coated in salt but we shook the container up and that made them manageable. Their Sweet tea always saves the day during a bicycle lunch. The dining room was actively being cleaned, and the restrooms were tidy. There was a good vibe and it was a good lunch. It's worth the 24 mile round-trip bike ride we took on the Tomahawk Creek Trail to get there!

Service was wonderful had an issue on an order so we called it in and the guy was very nice and asked if we could drive back. He was very helpful and made sure to resolve the issue immediately. He made sure that he made our experience great. Definitely will come back to this location. I wasn’t able to get his name but he was working drive through tonight on Saturday, May 25th around 12:30pm and we appreciate him.

Visited this establishment yesterday. I went in to order and came out with a fabulous meal and customer service experience!

I ordered the three piece meal with extra Cane sauce and fries extra crispy. The order came out in a timely manner. It was hot, fresh and accurate. I was very pleased with the taste as well.

I ordered my food through the drive thru and I found the workers to be kind and patient! The drive thru wasn’t that busy, but I got my food really quick! The chicken itself was delicious 🔥 and you can’t go wrong with the texas toast

Very clean and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. Simple menu that makes it easy to decide. This chicken, I must say is one of my favorites. From the perfectly light and crunchy breading to the airy, moist chicken inside, it is so good!! Great iced tea here too was a plus.

We eat here often. The dining room is always clean. The staff is always friendly. We had 4 Caniac combos and our food was hot and fresh. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. I do wish they would bring back the 7th strip since the price has sky rocketed and the strips have shrunk. The sauce is awesome!

This store is on a really congested street so the speedy of getting my order out was impressive. Food was hot, drink was cold, and I waited for my food under 2 minutes. I was still getting my beverage when it was called out.

So freaking delicious. Just ate here for the first time yesterday. And we had to get it again today.. oops haha. I love the fact that it’s a true combo! You get coleslaw, bread, chicken, fries, AND a drink. Most other places it’s just fries and a drink and the food makes you feel groggy. This place doesn’t make me feel groggy after, the chicken is cooked perfectly and their cane sauce is divine!!! I am not a sauce person, I usually eat everything without sauce (it’s my way of seeing how good the food is on its own) but their sauce… it’s just.. scary good. I eat at chick fil a and I am obsessed with their sauces but to me the cane sauce is even better because it doesn’t take away from the actual chicken. It compliments the chicken and has a natural flavor. So in love with this place. I love the fact that you can get a meal for only around $7. That’s great considering it’s competitors like Culver’s, or chick fil a only serving their meals with fries and a drink.

Food aside, their customer service is the best in the area. Maybe I’m picky, but seriously customer service has gone down hill these past few years. It’s rare to get a smile, let alone a hello, but at raising canes they actually have energy, repeat what you ordered back at the window and the drive thru speaker. It’s the little things like that that show how much better their service is. It might have to do with the fact that they actually pay their employees $15/hr which is amazing to see in a fast food place.

Their food is amazing, get the combos with the coleslaw. Their coleslaw is the best I have had in a long time, super refreshing, and perfect flavor. Their toast is thick, light, and slightly buttery. The chicken falls apart but is held together by a crispy crust that is freshly hot. The customer service is the best in the area and is very consistent.

As a self proclaimed tendies expert, these rank high up for the fast food options. Quick and friendly service, too.

My favorite part about this place was just how juicy and delicious the chicken strips were! I only wish that the breading was thicker. Their breading was light and practically sliding off the meat which wasn't bad but could've been better. The fries, coleslaw and Texas toast was good, nothing out of the ordinary there. If I'm back in the area I'll make a stop here over other fried chicken fast food.

David and Miguel were awesome at the window! Took care of me and my order quickly and friendly and I had no complaints. This is a great location that does a very solid job! 10/10!
