The Bean Coffee & Cafe

The Bean is absolutely amazing! I live in Olathe and tried it out for the first time today. Food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The Bean is spacious and cozy. This is the Turkey Bacon Ranch. Definitely worth checking out.

I absolutely love The Bean! This small town coffee shop is a hidden gem & never disappoints.

The coffee selection & food here is top-notch. Whether you're a fan of lattes, cold brew, or just a classic coffee, they've got you covered. The pastries by Scratch Bakery (another favorite in KC) and food items are equally delicious, making it the perfect spot for a quick breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up.

The cozy ambiance makes it the ideal spot to unwind with a good book, get some work done, or catch up with friends over a cup of coffee.

The Bean has become my go-to coffee spot, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Loved it here! We tried a variety of their menu offerings. I had an iced green tea. My son had a gingerbread cookie and a chocolate milk. My daughter asked for a mocha latte without coffee, then changed her mind to chocolate milk and had the cosmic brownie.

I'm a dessert snob and their baked goods were really nice! The gingerbread wasn't heavy on the gingerbread spice, but that's good in my book because I don't like gingerbread that much. It was more like a molasses sugar cookie. The house cosmic brownie was delicious! I mommy taxed a single bite from my daughter, and it left me wanting more.

My green tea was great. It was not burnt or bitter and wasn't overflowing with ice. I'm overly accustomed to Starbucks portions and would love it if The Bean had a bigger green tea available for the price, but I wasn't mad about it or anything.

The place was decorated nicely, and the staff and clientele were all very mannered and nice. My daughter accidentally left her backpack there, and no one bothered it in the 3 hours between her, leaving it and realizing it was missing.

I'd definitely return. Thanks for a lovely outing!

The place is wonderful. First time here and will be back. They have a limited breakfast and lunch menu but enough variety. Scratch Bakery pastries, quiche, etc. and great coffee. Staff is wonderful and atmosphere is welcoming. Lots of families this Saturday morning.

I finally got a chance to stop by The Bean Coffee Co. today. The changes are beautiful, the service was amazing, and the prices are more reasonable! The breakfast burrito was delicious and the barista did some fun stencil art on my latte! Very impressed with the upgrades and look forward to their continued progress and success!

My wife loves coffee and she has been wanting to check this small shop out in Springhill. It is a fantastic establishment with a friendly and helpful staff. They offer sandwiches and breakfast all day. They also have donuts from kc bakery available.

My wife said the coffee was delicious. I tried it and it's much better than Starbucks. But then again, I'm not a coffee drinker and can't stand Starbucks.

We will be going back to try out breakfast this weekend. They offer Belgian waffles that are made with real fruit that my oldest daughter will love.

They offer all sorts of fresh coffee beans and additives for making your own coffee.

Went to lunch with several friends. Two of us had the chicken salad, and it was very tasty. I think our group was all happy with our meals. Several had the pumpkin muffins for desert and loved them. Very pleasant experience, and the Mgr was very attentive! Will definitely be back!

I adore this place. Great coffee selection, but also great non-coffee options. The food is fantastic. Cherry Cream Cheese Danish on this visit did not disappoint.

Update: It just gets better. the breakfast burritos. the biscuits and gravy. the quiche. all fantastic.

I tried a honey lavender latte and brought a variety of different pastries home for my family – it was all delicious! The cinnamon roll and lemon curd poptart were my personal favorites! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I love the local, small-town feel. I enjoyed looking at the art from the local elementary school. So adorable!

First and not last time to come here. Met a friend from church at opening (7 am) and greeted with a smile and a friend "Hello, what can I get you?" I had had breakfast before I got there but can vouch for the house coffee and atmosphere that made catching up while sipping tasty Java the focal point. Worth the short drive from Olathe (151 and Mue-Len). Thank you for a new great place to get my fix!

Such a cute little place! I was surprised with it being in a smaller town to see the dairy free alternative milks and gluten free treats. I also always really enjoy when a coffee shop has merch for sale. I am kicking myself now wishing I got some mugs for Christmas presents. Next time!

Good place to go for lunch or breakfast. Their food selection is limited, but you should be able to find something you like. Didn't try the coffee, but others seemed to be enjoying theirs.

Cozy place serving up tasty sandwiches and cold ice cream. Not to mention the hot coffee made exactly how you like. Great addition to Spring Hill. Definitely will be coming back!

Great place for a lunch in town both sandwiches were wonderful. They have an awesome Cold Brew as well! Go enjoy the atmosphere also.

Always been a great coffee shop, but love the new layout and paint job. Feels open and airy. Messenger coffee. Lots of great choices of baked goods. Friendly service. Worth a visit, even if you’re just traveling thru town.

Love this quaint coffee shop! They always have sweets or savory items for us non-coffee people too! Kid friendly with Jenga blocks and such while you wait.

My wife and I go here usually once a week. Quaint little coffee shop. Lots of different flavor/preparation options and interesting seasonal items to try as well without being too overwhelming; the menu is well balanced in my opinion. I got kinda addicted to the frappuccinos for a minute there and I actually really like the biscuits and chorizo gravy as well as the sausage/egg breakfast sandwich. My wife enjoys the mac and cheese for lunch on occasion as well. If you're looking for something smaller they have a lot of bakery items as well although I've yet to try any of them at the time of writing this. I've tried some other things on the food menu but I think they aren't nearly as good and that's really the most critical thing I have to say so all things considered that's not bad at all. It could easily come down to a matter of personal preference. It's kind of our little spot now and that's really cool to have just down the street from us in the center of Spring Hill. I would definitely recommend trying it out if you haven't already.

This coffee shop made me feel like I walked into a Hallmark Christmas movie. Definitely a hidden gem.
