I heartily mean this 5 star review. I had been to a couple other mechanics and this was easily the best experience. They were very clear about the pricing and expectations when I initially called in. They were very very kind. I'm pretty sure Louis alone is responsible for 75% of the 5-star reviews on here. He was patient, responsible, and took the time I needed to really explain everything I could expect, answer all my questions, and explain what work had been done at the end. He seems to really really like his job. They did great work on my car. My issues were pretty simple, but they took care of them quickly and I'm happy with the results. Overall, they were very communicative and patient over the phone and in person. The inspection report was very thorough and included several pictures. Mitchell was personable and respectful. They seem to really care about each of the customers I saw them interact with. As a woman, it can be difficult to find a mechanic I'm comfortable with. But I will 100% be returning here. Highly recommend.

Louis was very kind and trustworthy. I appreciated him telling me my vehicle was in excellent condition and safe to drive on a long trip. I even overheard him making a deal with a man who wanted to go else where over $20 difference in an oil change. He said it wasn’t worth losing his business. He was very patient and kind.

Mitch was absolutely awesome at communicating the problems and explaining what and the why with my daughter's brakes and he gave me the best discount available. I appreciate the honesty and great communication and will definitely go back.

Great customer service! Mitch even took me back to see what exactly was being fixed with my car. I appreciated the transparency and they also didn’t try to upsell me on work that wasn’t necessary, which made me feel like I could trust their recommendations.

I was very impressed from beginning to end. The customer service representative was amazing and very personable. Very professional from start to finish. We knew what was going to happen and were asked every step of the way. We were informed and I never thought we were going to be taken advantage of. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Great customer service and able to get in quickly. Eric Wilson is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently.

I typically stay any time that I receive a service anywhere I go to watch the interaction with other patrons and I must say that I was very impressed with the way Eric treated not only the customers, but his coworkers as well.

This was my first experience with Midas and it won't be the last! Eric took great care of me! He was very courteous both on the phone and in person. I will highly recommend Midas at this location to anyone needing service on their car!

Best Customer Care!
I was stranded and had to get my car towed into the shop and even after waiting hours for a tow Eric waited the few minutes at closing to make sure we got taken care of and answered with no irritation.
It really turned out to be something so small but the positive attitude and transparency goes so far!

Louis & his team deserve nothing less than 5 stars I would give a million stars if I could, Louis stopped at nothing to try to find a part needed for my car & was finally able to fix what could have been the end of it, they worked tirelessly to solve my issue, & I am so thankful to Louis & his team for everything they did for me, for going above & beyond & literally caring so much about their customers, because it is so hard to come by when it comes to the automotive repair business, everything that I’ve been through with cars has told me not to trust mechanics, I can tell you 1 million percent over & over that you should not take your vehicle anywhere else besides to Louis & his team

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Fair warning you may need to make an appointment but that is the price for good service and integrity. I am always treated respectfully. The customer service is on point.

The technician always shows me the parts in question and explains the service that I need. One time when I came in asking about my brakes, I was shown the brake pads and was advised they didn’t need to be replaced yet. When has that ever happened to a female in an auto repair shop?

Bottom line you can trust these guys!

I requested an appointment last night after business hours on their website I was told they would call first thing after they opened which they did. My Brake job front only ( pads and rotors)was done in 2 hours. Customer Service was OUTSTANDING! From the initial callback to out the door! I will definitely consider using them for anymore of my automotive repairs.

This Midas is awesome. After a brake caliper failed, I talked to two different auto shops that couldn't get me in same-day. This wasn't good because I live two hours away. I limped into Midas and Lewis at the desk told me to my face that he will get me fixed up same day. He wasn't kidding either. They were able to fix my van and get me back home. Thank you Lewis and Midas for all of the help, I couldn't be here tonight without you!

The man at the counter was incredibly kind. They were straight forward with price & how long service would take. 10/10 would recommend.

Louis helped set up my appointment to get in and was very friendly and accommodating of my schedule. Once in the store, Chris was very professional and actually recommended a fix for my AC unit which was not the reason I was here. All told, I've found a new shop to call home. I won't be going elsewhere for any service on my vehicle!!!

My husband took his Chevy Silverado here for new brakes. Everyone was so professional and efficient. They gave us a heads up on some upcoming maintenance and got us in and out. Would definitely recommend.
