Finding a pharmacy open these days can be a real challenge. Finding a Pharmacist willing to help like the gentleman at 75th and Metcalf, Overland Park store did today? Nearly impossible.

He went above and beyond for me today. I started with a phone call to him this morning, and he was very helpful. I ended the night with him in the aisle, picking the best medicine for my son that wouldn't cause him to have an allergic reaction. He did all he could to help me when I could not get the prescription we needed.

Throughout the multiple interactions during the day, he exhibited exemplary customer service. He had a natural ability to communicate information and proactively conversed with me to make sure I understood. He actually took the time the time and never made me feel like I was a burden or that he was too busy. What was most impressive was the evidence of his compassion to a stranger on the other side of the phone from the very beginning.

Thank you for having a Pharmacist like Martin on your team. Thank you for being open until 10 o'clock on a Sunday night in Kansas. It made a significant difference in mine and my son's health tonight.

Pharmacy staff went above and beyond at 7pm on a Sunday to ensure my daughter had her meds. Best service of any Walgreens we've been to!

I had to take the time to recognize this Walgreens location. I have gone to many different ones over the years and this one exceeds my expectations with the customer service I have received from every member of their pharmacy staff. They are always kind and friendly, ALWAYS!! The pharmacist even take the time to make sure I am saving the most money by looking up the GoodRX-price compared to the price my insurance covers for my prescriptions, wow!! All I can say is I am one happy customer and I hope the management knows about how well this pharmacy staff treats their customers, they are Top Notch!!!

The store is amazing! Great staff.. clean… fast and efficient! The beauty consultant is the absolute best ever!!! I’ll come just for her each time!!! Ryan is great, so is Will, overall everyone is amazing especially the beauty consultant.. she deserves an raise just bc we share the same name!

Very patient and wonderful explaining new meds. Walgreens is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. They always have a smile for me and work to help any glitches with my insurance--each time this has happened, it has been my insurance that created the problem.

I am always amazed at how accurately everything is handled so professionally, considering how busy they are.

Will NEVER change pharmacies!

I submitted some pictures to the photo lab there. One of the pictures was going to turn out blurry for a 11x13 canvas. Jack who works there called me and explained what was going on instead of just printing it. He told me to come in and he would help me figure out what we could do. Thank you Jack. I so appreciate everything you did. I will definitely be doing more of my business there. He saved me a lot of money for something that was not going to turn out good. I have a lot more pictures that needs printed out..
And I feel confident that they will turn out great

My favorite pharmacy location, they will search many ways to give you the lowest price. You will receive courtesy calls for new meds. Rather drive thru or walking in you receive fast service. Also my doctor had me stop a med to start a new one. The pharmacy tech didnt know and called me to make sure I wasn't taking both together. Could have been a bad mix if I was. I appreciate how they take their job seriously and always give good customer service.

Best Walgreens. The people here clearly work together and are a great team.

I always feel really guilty pushing the button for help at the photo counter because it rings over the intercom and I feel like I'm bugging everyone but the employees here always make me feel silly for my anxiety by being so incredibly nice and efficient and never being mean. Sometimes I have to pick up scripts at the pharmacy and they're not mean there either, though because there's a drivethru it does get really. really . slow. But I honestly feel like that's the same with any pharmacy and it's nice to be able to walk around the store.

One skinny dude with blonde hair (I am so sorry! I don't remember your name but I remember your face vividly!) is super nice and helps me find things in the store ALL THE TIME! He never cracks wise about any of the silly requests either, even when I (obviously an adult) asked where I could find any fortnite toys. He is a lovely person. The other employees are also wonderful and never look at me weird for buying pads, tampons, lube, discounted stuffed animals, whatever. It is incredibly nice.

New remodel is clean, open, well chosen colors, with a larger on-site clinic and better space to wait for the pharmacy. Wide aisles, helpful staff and quick service. Highly recommended.

Perhaps this isn't the fairest review, because I'm really just reviewing the photo department. They were so fast and helpful, and all of my photos turned out so well. Don;t know about the pharmacy side of it, because my home pharmacy is elsewhere.

When I was in some of the worst pain in my life multiple people at this pharmacy went to great lengths to help me get what I needed even though it was a hassle, they had spot on advice for my problem which wasn't entirely simple. I can't recommend this pharmacy or it's staff enough. Thank you so much!!!

This location is open later than most.

CHECK IT OUT...PLUS AT THE COSMETICS COUNTER THE STAFF KEEPS EXTRA COUPONS ON HAND -JUST ASK! PLUS ALWAYS ASK TO USE YOUR WALGREENS CARD FOR EXTRA DISCOUNTS ..PLUS THERE IS A DISCOUNT "end-cap" AT THE END OF AISLE 1 THAT HAS GREAT DEALS!

Have always been courteous and informative.
Have always gone out of the way to help obtain whatever discounts were available

24 hr pharmacy rules. A nice clean and well lit pharmacy for those times when all the other pharmacies are closed late at night.

I was in town for a business trip and forgotten my blood pressure medication. The pharmacy staff was very accomodating and made sure that I was taken care of. Thanks:)
