Not even sure how to start. This guy showed so much couth. Super quick and efficient for the intricacies of the installation. He kept me reassured while also being understanding to the kids I had with me. All around amazing experience so far. Will update if there is a need to, however, I see this place as being my place for when my son starts driving.

Had a great experience. I dropped my vehicle off and was told it would take two hours. They called me after 90 minutes to inform me they were done. The tech walked me through the operation of the devise. He was very informative, answered all my questions

This place is faster than any other Smart Start in the area! You get to stay in the car during the calibration, hand the blower, card and the cord and they'll get it done! They don't take cash anymore but I'm fine with that. Damien and Brandon are very honest with everything and try to help with any issues. My clip on my cord broke, they replaced it for free, within 5mins. Amazing crew and location, their parking lot is so much better than their previous place. Also they have free coffee and some healthy snacks. This place is so much nicer than any other interlock company. My former provider had to mail my stuff in, these guys have the equipment on site to fix whatever needs to be done. Overall just an amazing experience.

Damien, hands-down, has been very professional and very accommodating. Coming in early and staying late, just going that extra mile to help his clientele out.
Not to mention the cleanliness of the new shop and the ease and assessability. The swiftness for which he performs the calibration service is wonderful also.

Was with them for three years and everything went well. Quick install and removal. Never had glitches with the device. Can stay in car for calibrations. About as smooth as can be.

This is a very good provider! I just did a transfer to a new vehicle and he did a great job. I’m on my last 5 months after having one for almost 6 years. I know. I’m a good girl now!

Switched from Intoxalock to Smart Start and am very pleased so far with the change/upgrade. I’ve had zero issues.
