We just recently adopted our dog, Milo. He had some issues with fleas and we were frantically calling around to every business trying to squeeze him in. Any place we called had availability a week later. I originally called Suzanna at this location and explained the situation and she said she could get me in within a couple hours! The staff was so helpful and answered all of our questions. Thank you guys so much for your wonderful customer service and care!

A recent visit to Quivira Veterinary Clinic found both the owners and staff to be very thorough, caring and passionate about their practice and the job they do. It is refreshing to see a family run business prosper and I would highly recommend reaching out to Dr. Nate and Dr. Marci for any of your Vet needs, both seemed very receptive and eager to make your visit an enjoyable one for both you and your pet !!

Recently we had to put our beloved dog Harley down due to some behavioral issues. Dr Nate and all the staff are very passionate and understanding and listen to all concerns. They worked with us and made suggestions and ideas and things to help us through the entire process! We would strongly recommend this for all your vet needs. Caring, loving, helpful and committed to the care of your pet always!

Update: after using this clinic for 2+ years, I can truly say they’re one of the best! They truly helped get my animals healthy and on a great path. Since going here, my entire family has moved their animals over here and they are just as impressed with the care their animals receive. We have brought animals here to cross the rainbow bridge, and it was a peaceful and calming environment during a difficult time. They truly care for the animals and provide great service and knowledge when it comes to the pets care. We will continue to use and highly recommend them!

Took our cat there for the first time today and we’re SO happy with our experience. I emailed them last night about an appointment and they called me by 8:05 the next morning to set up an appointment for that day. It was clean and the front desk girls were extremely kind. The vet we saw walked us through all the information and listened to our concerns thoroughly. We will definitely be bringing all our animals here for vet visits!

There is just no way I can properly express how wonderful I think the entire staff is. The front desk and the vet techs are incredible. I’ve seen Dr Lauren, Dr Marci, and Dr Nate and they are all phenomenal. I just had to have end of life care for my best boy, Ned, and Dr Nate was so amazing during the process. Highly, highly, highly recommended clinic.

Initially I went to Quivira Crossing Vet Clinic with my boyfriend's Alaskan Husky mix when she had an infection. We saw Dr. Marci that day, and I liked her so much that I brought my 12-year-old Shorkie there shortly after when he was due for his shots. Now that he isn't a young pup, he is beginning to have some health issues; as a result, I have seen Dr. Marci three more times this summer. Everyone here is fabulous. Tracie is usually at the front desk. She is so friendly and efficient. I am always impressed by how well she can multi-task. Myra and Bobbi are excellent vet techs or vet assistance (sorry, I'm unsure of the proper title). What I like about Dr. Marci so much is that she explains all options, but then I don't feel judged on the decision that I select; she isn't pushy. What impresses me the most, is the team at Quivira Crossing Vet Clinic makes me feel like they truly care about the well being of my furbabies. I'm sure Dr. Nathan is great as well, but I recommend Dr. Marci without any hesitation or reservations!

The best ! between me and my in laws, we have 6 dogs and 1 cat. They will help them whenever, no matter what.

I’m new to Kansas City and needed a vet within a week of moving here for my fourteen year old dog. After a rough night for him, I began calling around and was referred to this vet by a friend that also lives in KC. Not only were they able to get me in within the hour, but had one of the cleanest offices I’ve ever been to. The staff was also extremely nice and our vet, Dr. Nate, was also amazing. He told me the price of an x-ray up front, which helped me make my decision. He also made sure I understood how to give the meds he prescribed. My dog is back to his old, happy self and has not had any digestive issues since being prescribed a few meds and some bland wet dog food.

Quivira Crossing have been the best vet that I’ve ever taken my dogs to. Staff is always so kind and knowledgeable. They took great care of my lab during her end of life care and the process after she passed was so much easier because they handled all of the details. They have been so welcoming and supportive of our family and the addition of our new puppy. It is so so so so appreciated!

My husband took our dog in for a last minute appointment with Dr. Nathan F. and raved about his demeanor, communication skills, and the care and consideration for our dog. I saw Dr. Marcy F. the next day, and couldn't have been more comfortable in discussing the next steps for our pup, or how she and the techs worked on my baby. They have proven to be exceptional with both pets and people. I've never been more impressed with a vet clinic.

I just want to share my experience because I am truly so grateful to have found a place that cares about their clients so much. I moved to the area about a year and a half ago with my now 2-year-old golden retriever. I was on the hunt for a good vet clinic, as my dog suffers from chronic yeast infections in her ears. I went to three different clinics before finding Quivira Crossing and thank goodness I found them. They have been nothing but polite and very thorough with everything they do. I recently had to get my dog spayed and was VERY nervous about it, partly because I’m a helicopter parent, but also because she had a sibling pass away during his neuter procedure. Dr. Marci talked to me on the phone numerous times before Berkley’s spay procedure and walked through every option with me and really eased my mind. She did great during the procedure, but had some unusual sickness the next couple days so I felt that she needed to go back in to be seen. Dr. Marci had the day off so Berkley was seen by Dr. Nate, I believe, and he was so helpful and Berkley was better the next day. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I’m so happy with the care we’ve received every time we’ve been there and I’m also very happy to know that if the vet we’re used to seeing isn’t available that we are still in GREAT hands. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do!

Love this clinic. Dr Nate and Dr Marcy both take care of Storm very well and all the staff is nice too. Storm loves to visit them!

We had our first visit with Dr. Marci today. She took wonderful care of our dog, Daisy. Such a warm, inviting office. Everyone was wonderful. Staff, doctor, receptionists. So happy we found you!

My dog loves going to the vet! I never thought I would say that. They are like family and love and care for him as much as we do. Check them out.

Our dog had an issue, they were able to get us in right away. They talked with me about what might happen, and as it turned out, my dog needed more care. When I called, they got us in right away, and they were completely thorough and very caring. The vet talked to me at great length, made sure that I understood everything that she had done and was going to do. She made sure that all my questions were answered. The tech who brought my dog back out to me explained the medications, made sure I was comfortable with the instructions, and even cut the tablets into quarters, making it easy for me! This is exactly the kind of care and service that I like to see from a veterinary office. Everyone was very kind, and my dog seemed very comfortable.

After moving to the area and having a need to find a local vet in a hurry I was very pleased with the staff and quickness they were able to facilitate an appointment for my dog to be seen. They were able to squeeze him in same day of call and have a very smooth new patient process that was conviene for me to do while still working. The staff was welcoming and the vet show true concern and passion on learning the history of my dogs health. Look forward to working with them in the future for all needs for my 3 pets!!

There are not enough good things I can say about this clinic and it's entire team. You're family here. The Doctors knowledge and level of care has exceeded our expectations. You won't leave here with any outstanding questions or concerns. Their front office staff is always kind, efficient and thorough. We recently had our 12 year old cat pass and the amount of love we received front Quivara Crossing won't be forgotten. You won't regret bringing your fur babies here.

This is my dogs Zoe 3rd time there within a 1yr and 3mos. I'm happy with the doctors and stuff. Two thumbs up.

I rarely write reviews, but people deserve to know how great this place is. If you live in the OP area, or even the KCMO Metro, and are looking for an incredible VET- Dr. Marci and her husband and staff will take great care of you here! They treated my mom's oldest little lap dog by diagnosing her tricky illness and bringing her back to life! They have treated my Lab Mix who is extremely afraid of the VET. They worked with me several times to get my pup (and ME) comfortable for her vet visit. The doctor is so kind, patient, and thorough to explain all options when making decisions for your pet. These folks really care about your FuR-babies, and they take the time to provide the highest level of care. 12/10 !!
