Mill Creek Dental

I just had my first visit and can confidentially say this was the best dental experience I’ve had to date! My dental hygienist, Beverly, was so thorough, knowledgeable, and patient while answering my (many) questions. She really went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable the entire visit and had a positive experience!

I am very picky about dentists, and dental hygienist Baylee was very nice, competent, and careful. The technology in the office was impressively updated. I was extremely happy with the experience, will be back for more work, and plan to be a permanent client!

OMG I absolutely LOVED my experience with Mill Creek. A friend of mine works there, and my sister recently referred me to switch. Let me tell you, I’m never leaving! Their new patient forms were very comprehensive, and allowed me space to share some complex dental issues I’ve been living with. I have always hated going to the dentist because I’m a bit insecure about my teeth.. but Joey and all other staff I worked with made my nervousness basically nonexistent. They even had plans drawn up for next time, and provided me with all my options on how to get my dental health back on track. I honestly couldn’t praise them enough. Thank you for completely changing my outlook on dental care!!!! 10/10!

Joey took the time to clean my teeth so meticulously, which made my teeth much more radiant. I left with the yellow gone from my teeth and a dazzling smile. I appreciated the time he took to go over my concerns and how to make my dental care better.

I truly don't think any other dentist office cares more for their patients than this one! They have taken excellent care of me and now my wife is going here too. Highly recommended for any dental needs.

The dentist and staff were very nice they talked me through the whole procedure that I was wanting done explained everything to me in detail what would be happening but the financial part was way more than I could afford even with financing the payments were $500 to $600 a month and that's something I can afford so I went without this long so I guess it's just not in the cards for me to have new dentures

I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years. I chose Mill Creek because all scheduling and forms were online and they really put an emphasis on making sure you have a stress free experience. The front desk was very helpful over the phone and very inviting when I arrived. My new patient consultation was quick and easy. I recommend Mill Creek to the people (like me) who have gone far too long between dentist appointments and need a calming and friendly environment to get back on track. They don’t take Ambetter dental insurance but they do offer a “membership” that is reasonable priced. Unfortunately my wisdom teeth are too compacted for them to treat me but they were quick to refer me to an oral surgeon that they trust. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I am always happy with my experience at Mill Creek Dental. The staff is friendly and I get to watch ESPN while they clean my teeth!

Mill Creek Dental does an amazing job! I’ve been going to the Shawnee location for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of having my crown come off. Check-in was pleasant and quick. The Dental Assistant soon took me back. She completed X-rays and had everything ready for the Dentist. The Dentist shared the images and explained the results and options for next steps and replaced my crown. Great service, detailed explanation, clean facility!

Had the crown seated for an implant today and as usual the service was excellent!

Baylee is amazing! I’ve seen all three hygienist and can’t say enough good things about them! All of the doctors at mill creek dental are talented and gentle. Wow, the front desk is so awesome! 10/10 for me! Highly recommend this office! I have found my dental “home”.

The truth is that I don't remember much but I will share what I do remember. When choosing a provider for the dental care I needed to have done one of my
non-negotiables was I.V. sedation. I would not have any procedures done without it.
The anesthesiologist was precise in starting my I.V. & professionally thorough in explaining his role & what I should expect, start to finish. He used terminology that a person with no medical knowledge could readily understand, making it even easier to relax & have peace with what was yet to come.
The surgery? I have no recollection of it. Once the anesthesiologist informed me that he was starting sedation, I was asleep in a short amount of time, only to be awakened once the surgery was completed approximately 4 hrs later.
My opinion is that the surgeon is a gifted professional, maybe even a prodigy. I've experienced the swelling of my gums & sinuses & difficulty with speech, all of which should be expected. While I have a bit of discomfort there is no measurable amount of pain. There is no bruising. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the staff that is making this happen for me. I look forward to working with Mill Creek Dental for my future dental needs. A business relationship built on trust is hard to find these days yet so very important to an old lady like myself.
I am at ease knowing that my golden years will be filled with authentic & hearty smiles because of the relationship & trust that has been established with Mill Creek Dental.

Routinely, Joey (dental assistant) does a wonderful job of managing my bi-annual dental cleaning leading to my follow-up examination with the dentist. The staff are extremely experienced and helpful. If you are new to the area and looking for professional dental care, add Mill Creek Dental to you list of places to consider.

Super friendly from the second I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile, enthusiastically. First impressions are everything. Bev was great. Super thorough and conscientious. So wonderful seeing, working with Dr. B again. From the first second to the last all smiles, I had an exceedingly positive experience where I the patient was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone involved with my procedure was kind, helpful, and professional. Dr Ryan was gentle and patiently worked with me during two extremely long appointments. His work ethic is impeccable and it shows. I have a mouth full of beautiful teeth!!
