AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at Spring Hill

We have been in several times for my sons' ear infections, tick bites, gi issues, etc. and I've gone in for migraines, sinus infections, skin infections, etc. Each of the providers and staff has been so kind and helpful! They referred out for certain issues that needed a specialist opinion, they called for blood work or other specimen collection when necessary, or called in prescriptions if we needed one... No sortcuts were taken and the quality of care was their top priority. They took the time to explain things and I felt they were genuinely concerned. I love the folks at Spring Hill Family medicine and so do my kids!

Whole family has been going here for a couple years. Always helpful, usually pretty easy to schedule an appointment without any crazy wait times, and they know us and treat us like family. We've seen most of the staff there, and they are all knowledgeable and friendly.

Samantha has always been so helpful. I've seen her many times for a variety of issues. I am so appreciative of the care of Dr. Widman's whole team, and thankful to have them in our small town.

This is a Family Practice that is superb. Samantha Schroeder is a terrific PA. The nurse's are just as Terrific. So if your in search of a Great Family Practice such no more this is the one. :-)

I have seen Samantha for years. She is the ideal provider. Anyone would be lucky to see her.
On the other hand, Tory should lose his license. No bed side manner. Lack of proper communication and no working knowledge of medication. It would be better to go without care than to see him.
And Advent Health is anything but patient centered. Good luck.

Tory is great as always as so is the rest of the staff. I was upset to complete more paperwork until I discovered they have changed ownership. Let your patients know that's why it needs completed again to curve frustration :)

Everything on there stated they were a walk-in/had walk-in options and they do not actually offer walk-ins at this time. Just irritated they didn't update it and I had to find out by driving all the way there in person only to be rejected.

I have been a patient here for some time. I have been extremely satisfied up until now. A couple years ago things started to change. Recently I received a prescription from a specialist. The prescription was for a symptom that I did not have. I could not get ahold of that doctor's nurse. So I called my provider three times to see if they could find out why I received this prescription. I never got a call back even to tell me they found nothing out. Starting to get frustrated.

Family medicine, yes. Urgent care, no. They do not have in house X-rays, so unless you like going 2 places for services that can be accomplished by other urgent cares I don't recommend utilizing them for possible breaks or pneumonia. They are simply a medical office that offers walk in sick appointments.
