Pho Cuong

I was brought here by coworkers who wanted to expose me to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Both are married to Vietnamese men, so I knew I could trust their guidance! I've had egg rolls before, and these were tasty and served with a sweet and sour sauce. My friends requested fish sauce- a must in their minds - but I was not a fan. Spring rolls are a new experience for me, and these were tasty with a bright flavor courtesy of the mint leaves. We also shared a traditional Vietnamese sandwich, which was good and tasted like most other ham sandwiches (AKA: not different for my palate). When we moved to the main dishes, we shared pho (yum!), bun rieu (I had never tried blood cake, and it's ok if you don't think about it) but didn't have room for the Grilled Beef with Lemon Grass vermicelli we also ordered. Lots of good food, lots of new flavors, and a fair price. I would go back!

I don't usually crave Bun Rieu but today was a special case. This is the cleanest spot that was open. Would recommend the dish. And of course, a side of baguette. 🤌

If you already know that you like Vietnamese food this is a great place to eat. If you don’t know if you like it, this is a good place to try it! Very nice staff and welcoming. I love the food here. There are many choices.

Love the pho here. Fast service that gets me in and out quick on my lunch hour.

Great place love it, I’ve tried many things all awesome. Great staff. Always friendly! Fast service. Super love their Vietnamese egg rolls & the sauce is awesome. Love the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup) & the Hu Tieu Nam Vang (clear noodle soup with shrimp and pork). Every soup I've had from here is excellent. The Bun dishes are great also; consisting of noodles, veggies, meats, sauce & the ones who end with Cha Gio include egg rolls. The Bun Bo Xao Cha Gio is great, it's stirfried lemongrass beef, egg rolls, and all the toppings. So they have lots of great dishes that aren't just soup. Many rice dishes, I haven't personally tried, but always look great. Convenient location in a shopping center on 37th St North close to that taco bell, amazing staff and great service. Try them!

I've eaten pho all over this city, this is THE best. Clean deep flavors without the grease and oil of other places. Ive not had a bad meal here. Their Bun Bo Hue is outstanding. Their turmeric noodle dish is unreal. Banh Mi is fantastic as well. Don't be afraid to try something other than pho here, you won't be sad you got adventurous. They were even nice enough to let me sample a broth the next time that dish was made so I knew what to try the next visit!

I'm originally from Southern California and enjoyed many great Vietnamese restaurants. I'd rank these folks right up there with them! Excellent food, clean, friendly service. GO. Just try it, you will not be disappointed!

Fast and friendly service. Did not rush me but stayed attentive. Noodles a little too soft but wonderful flavors everywhere. Will be back when I’m in town.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Wichita! Delivered amazing flavors on their food especially in their pho and bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup). Food came out fresh and hot in good timing. They give you great portions for the price too and lots of fresh crisp vegetables to go with your noodle soups. Staff are friendly and the place is clean even when it's busy.

The Vermicelli Bowls here are super yum and good portion size! Tried the egg rolls and spring rolls and they were delicious and came with dipping sauces that were good as well! The Pho is of course so perfect now that fall has started!

I've been going here for almost 6 years now and it's my favorite comfort food! I've tried a variety of items and have always been happy with everything! The P3 & A3 are my go-tos! To go orders are always correct and quickly made!

Wonderful restaurant and food in the Northern Wichita area. The food is authentic and very good. The service was quite good as well. Will definitely return to this place if in the area. There are many items on the menu that look and sound really good. Will have to return to this place to try them all.

Great food! By far my favorite place for Pho. Great Service and the best spring rolls (clear wraps) in town. Whenever family comes in town this becomes a required stop for us. I live to order the noodles without the broth and my husband loves the pho with broth. The daily specials are a must try for anyone adventurous.
