Everyone there is amazing, compassionate and caring, not to mention knowledgable and helpful in one of the worst times if your lives. Shane feels like family now after everything he helped us through.

At the end of the day, hey funeral home is not measured by how fancy their paintings or furniture are. They're measured by the amount of comfort that they give in a family's greatest time of need. They are measured by the compassion that they show in a families moment of sorrow. I was born and raised in Gardner. Bruce funeral home has shown as compassion through my family's greatest memories and losses. I recently experienced a loss of a young husband. I know for a fact , I and my children would not have had the peace of mind we were given without the service that Bruce gave to us. I will forever feel gratitude for the compassion and professionalism that Bruce showed us in our greatest time of need.

We want to specially thank Bruce’s Funeral Home who supported us and took care of my brother like he was their own family. They helped coordinate with the VA offices in Leavenworth to have a military honors ceremony which allowed us to grieve without having to worry about the logistics. From the bottom of our hearts Thank you to Shane and Shirley and everyone involved.

Shirley and her family had taken care of many of my family members. She recently helped my sister make her final plans. Shirley made us feel like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We where really happy with Bruce Funeral Home.The staff was really easy to work with.
After the loss of my mother. They helped us alot with the details most people don't think of.

I couldn't have asked for a more caring, straightforward, helpful place or such wonderful people when my husband suddenly passed away. They held my hand, comforted me when I cried, took care of details that I never knew existed and so much more.

This is s family run business that cares about the communities they serve. I was amazed by how helpful they were in our time of mourning. Their experience and compassion made this challenging time easier to deal with. Thank you for ALL that you do.

they do one thing well...

The amount of disrespect from one particular staff member was completely inexcusable. My family was grieving and she was so concerned with "keeping a schedule" that she didn't seem to care how anyone felt. That and she asked my 16 year old sister how long the family would take to say goodbye and that they needed to hurry. THIS IS NOT OKAY. I would never go here again, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone else either.

We were mourning a loss and the staff was being very pushy and rude to the people who were trying to pay respects. I completely understand sticking to a schedule but the way they were acting and treating guest was deplorable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The woman running the facility is inflexible and rude.
