In my former business I used Canaan Stone Works as a business partner and was never displeased with their work.

We have just completed a kitchen refacing that included new quartz countertops. I called on CSW for the first time, as a client, and can honestly say I am delighted beyond expectations.

I’m not saying their wasn’t a glitch, there was, our sink was delayed in shipping, but the communication we received kept us informed and happy during the slight delay.

We just used CSW for the first time and will likely be repeat customers! Our master bath project was held up by issues with a box store (I know, I know, we will go local from now on!). I called CSW and they were great to work with. They came out and measured for the counter top and tub front. They provided updated quotes each time we changed our minds on quartz color. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The install team was courteous and kept the area clean. They did not have the correct drill bit size to drill the tub faucet set holes. They ordered it and then came back to finish the job without any prompting from us. All around great experience - highly recommend!

I could not possibly speak any higher of Steve and CSW. He was always prompt to reply and provide pricing. He showed up when he said he would. His customer service sets the standard and that says something when working with contractors and vendors. You won’t be disappointed by going with CSW. My countertops in my new build are stunning and the process was so smooth!

CSW had installed my countertops and when I compared it to my sample, it was the wrong color! I wasn’t sure what to do. I spoke with Steve Lee and he confirmed that something had gone wrong and replaced my countertop. I love it and am so thankful for the integrity Steve showed in making it right! Thanks to all! I highly recommend CSW. Their employees are very friendly and easy to work with. They listen to you to understand your wants and needs then they work with you to give you what you desire. Met with Steve Lee who took great care of us explaining our choices and seeing many samples of granite and quartz. Our choice was quartz for the new home with a Blanco sink. Installed and it looks amazing. Thanks Steve Lee and Canaan Stone works. I could use some apparel though Steve......see ya on the golf course.

The installation team did a great job!
It would be helpful if they would reconnect the sink and garbage disposal plumbing under the sink. That would complete the job.

Can't wait to get them installed after much shopping we chose them for out granite the selection was un believable. Thank you csw.

Great selection, great showroom and professional service.

Initial experience of new facility was organized, professional, experienced, knowledgeable & capability.

My sales person did not communicate what they would do - or, in my case, what they would NOT do. As a result, I will not have the use of my kitchen faucet or dishwasher for the next 10-15 days. Installers were great.

Facts below of the CSW install below in early 2023:

-Slab picked out online was not the slab installed
-Two slabs that connected were different thicknesses
-The sink wasn't cut to the right size, after they had already glued everything down requiring removal of that piece and upon removing the torch nearly caught the wall on fire and left scorch marks.
-Installers ran the slab into the wall damaging it
-Installers set the slab down on the wood floor and moved it, removing all varnish and denting the wood floor.
-Different notches for fridge and stove
-Chipped slab close to wall requiring specific width of backsplash to cover up

After several different follow-up visits that did not resolve the issues above to satisfaction, we required CSW to come remove granite under supervision. Exercise caution using this company for counters.

3.5 days before our countertops were supposed to be installed, I get an EMAIL from our salesman (not a courtesy phone call) that the granite slab we had came to the showroom to pick out had been spoken for and the colors they were getting in were completely different. I had paid my deposit almost a month before, and that was also mishandled (it wasn’t applied to my account until I questioned them about it).
I have never had stone countertops and it was not explained to us that we weren’t picking out the slab that would be used…it would be another that’s supposedly similar (until they can’t get anymore in after it’s been oversold and we are told we have to pick something else out- while everything similar is a higher price range). I feel that’s an important part of going to the showroom (twice…because the first time we were there the lady couldn’t answer our questions so we had to come back).
I tried to support local and got put off all along the way.
