Cute spot! They have been in operation for 17 years! Don’t be fooled by corporations who are building coffee stands in this town, and make sure you get the real deal.

It’s the cutest place and the service was fast, efficient and so sweet.

Its only 9 am and it’s already a hard Monday, I was cheered up instantly and I’m so grateful for this place!

And my matcha latte was AMAZING.

The best little coffee place/ bookstore in the 4 state area! They serve starbucks coffee and drinks, plus they have hundreds of books and gift items at reasonable prices! It's a great place to get last-minute gifts.

Chapters is great for gifts or a drink! You are ALWAYS greeted with a smile!

Chapters has a relaxing cafe atmosphere and sells tons of cool books and trinkets. They serve a smaller Starbucks menu, but have alternative milk options and always get my order right.

This place is awesome. They have a little bit of everything and their coffee is delicious. The ladies are always so amazing every time I'm in to pick up a delivery order, which is multiple times a day. They're always busy yet always smiling.

I come here every other Thrusday for dates and they make the best coffee and other drinks. I got my father a gift there. I love the options in books and other nick-nacks. I order strawberries and cremé or the pink drink. Everytime I think of a place to go and relax, THIS is the place. Staff is lovely and deserves SO many tips. Always attentive and friendly. 100/10 I'll always come back.

The above was my original from a while back, but is still true. This is a great place that is allowed by Starbucks to sell that brand's coffee and drinks. They are still independent, which means actual character. Not corporate blandness. Please support businesses like these.

My husband and I went into Chapters for the first time since we moved to Miami, Oklahoma a year ago. We were pleasantly surprised.

Chapters is a combination Book Store, Gift Shop, and Coffee Lounge located in the Miami downtown area.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness so much, we decided we'll return there again and again.

It is a beautiful bookstore Cafe experience. I will return.

This is one of the best store/coffee shop that I've been to. They have the best/friendliest (hands down) customer service
that you will ever experience. It's my favorite store to go to. You definitely have to go to get that special gift and enjoy a Starbucks drink.

Being away from home for a while, I had not been given the chance to check this cute little book/nicnac store out until a couple weekends ago... took my niece with me and we both enjoyed it! It's a little tiny but it's what you need to get to meet new people around the area! They even serve Starbucks... but, sadly they do not take Starbucks gift cards.

Very nice atmosphere. A variety of coffees so you can set down and relax. A nice selection of books for a small town. Nice gift shop area.

LOVE this place! The drinks are cheaper than Starbucks, and the service is AMAZING! The employees remember your names & your specific drinks. They really go above and beyond. Cute gifts and decor inside too!

A great place to relax and have a coffee or browse for books. Friendly staff. Serves many of the drinks on the Starbucks menu, but doesn't take the card/app or stars. They do have wifi, though. Support a local business!

A very nice bookstore & coffee shop. The selection of books is terrific, a little something for everyone, and the children's books are well placed (front of the store, to get the little ones' attention)! The coffee is Starbucks, so no surprises there; always a solid choice.

I absolutely love this place! I haven't been very often, but I love their coffee too me its a little Starbucks with great snacks too! I personally love the muffins!

The staff is friendly and personable, the coffee is amazing and they have a wide variety of books and merchandise. I love stopping in if I'm needing to buy a gift for someone. What more could you ask for?!?!
