They worked on the transmission on my 25ft motorhome runs much better more horsepower. Was not something I could do at home

I've known Larry since high school. His dad had a transmission shop in Lees Summit ever since I've known him. He learned from his pop and has been working on them since I've known him. We're both in our latter 60s now and he's still going strong !! Best tranny man I know !! If you're needing any kind of repair work, he's got your back! NOT just trannys !!

My transmission cooler got punctured while driving down the interstate and leaked out my transmission fluid. It was late in the afternoon. He was not able to find a cooler for my van that afternoon or the next day. I know that finding parts for my van that are readily available is not easy. Gary did find one that would work and got me back on the road. I believe that he worked extra hard to get me back on the road quickly. I am thankful for his efforts.

My clutch was sticking to the floor but still kept trying to move. After getting it back to the motel, I called my insurance agent as I have towing assistance. I then picked someone to tow it. Now I needed to find someone to do the work as all cables were good and fluids were full. I called Larry's Transmission Repair and this was like 5:30 PM. He told me what he thought it was and upon further discussions said the part had to come from the East coast and would take 5 days and then 8 to 9 hours to install as they would have to pull the transmission. I was already at a motel. He ordered Thursday and it was done the next Thursday. He had a gentleman pick me up. It was exactly what he quoted plus he did a couple of other things at no cost. The shop is extremely clean and organized. One can tell they take pride not only in their work but work environment. I highly recommend them, even if your just going to get your oil changed. I will be back!!!

Heading cross country and my transmission overheated in the Salina KS area. I needed help and Larry's Transmission diagnosed my problem, gave me options, ordered needed parts and had me back on the road quickly. Good family business that did great work.

I was traveling cross country on a tight time frame and Gary worked us in and repaired in very short order....Thank You Gary! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I've had 5 vehicles in the last 15 years I've taken to Larry's never had a complaint I've sent numerous people to Larry they have never complained. always good quality

I found myself with car trouble on my way across the country about 1/2 way to my destination. Looked up a transmission place on google and found Larry's. Left a message on a Saturday night after close and his son Gary listened to it Sunday morning when he came in to feed his (rescue) dog. He took time on his off day to drive the car and check it for codes and give me advice and print me out info. Didn't charge me a dime, a certain angel since I'm a woman and alone on my trip. I COULDN'T RECOMMEND LARRY'S ENOUGH; GENUINE GOOD PEOPLE ARE STILL LEFT OUT THERE.
