Excellent customer service. I was helped by an employee (Elisa, I think), who helped me secure a coat I've been trying to find since November of last year, by having it shipped from another store a state away.

Went to this location to find different denim. My millennial self needed to move away from the skinny jeans into something more comfortable but cute. I went in to the stores and felt overwhelmed by all the options but Alaina came to my rescue! She helped me find jeans and tops to pair with it to be more on trend but still age appropriate. I left with a great "starter" pack to revamp my wardrobe. The clothes made me feel more confident, secure in my body, and trendy. Thank you so much Alaina!!

Shopping for jeans is my nightmare but I stopped in without a lot of time hoping to get lucky. The salesperson Lennon was fantastic! Realistic, not pushy, good at sizing, listened to what I wanted but still gave me things to try I hadn’t considered. I am a super picky shopper but I ended up with two different pairs I love, one familiar and one outside my box—in about 20 minutes. Lennon, you’re my hero.

Went in just to browse and left with so many cute things! The girls working were very helpful and i bought 3 items they brought to my dressing room that I wouldn't have chosen on my own! Will be back to shop for more for sure.

I've been to Madewell at Bridgeport numerous times and always have a great experience. The employees are very nice and are very helpful–some even recognize me. They also respectfully leave space when I'm just browsing and do not over sell. On more than one occasion they've found extra sizes for me in the back. I love this store and will continue to go back.

Love coming to these store. Absolutely love the style of clothe. Great friendly employees. Excellent size selection. Often has better promotions and more product than Nordstrom.

My first time shopping with Madewell and the staff went above and beyond. I had to special order my jeans but let me say, I have never been treated so well somewhere and the jeans fit like they were made just for me!! Thank you guys!!
