We bought our son a new full-size mattress here. The lady who assisted us was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. The delivery was early and the person doing it was polite, friendly, and willing to help us bring it in. We're very happy with the service we received and appreciate the people who work there.

We bought a washer/dryer set months ago. They stored it for six months while the house was finished. We postponed delivery twice, but they smiled thru it all. The delivery men were courteous and efficient. They even explained the buttons, filters and shared some tips. Nice people from the shopping to storage to delivery and set up. Thank you to The Appliance Center for a great experience buying my very first brand new set of washer and dryer (in 40 yrs of marriage)!

I just went in to get parts for my dryer, not a big thing. I was greeted promptly by the parts department. They identified my part, had one out in a matter of 60 seconds, removed it from the sealed box to compare, and tested it with an ohm meter to assure it was proper. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Customer service is something we lack in this word, These folks have it figured out.

Myself and my father have purchased several washer/dryer sets over the years, as well as a couch here or there. They are always good on delivery and times. They usually have a 90 day same as cash plan with approved credit. Will continue to go back to them if I need anything. They do a great job and have been doing it for years.

My husband and I have bought three bedroom sets, two loveseat/sofa sets, two window air conditioners for our two homes in the last three years from here. All great quality merchandise and payments were within our budget. We won’t go anywhere else to purchase big ticket items. Nothing beats hometown service and a company that stands behind their products.

Since buying our house almost 9 years ago we have replaced all the appliances and have bought them all from the appliance center. Their customer service is great from the salespeople, delivery guys to the repairman. It's always been hard for us to get someone to deliver out here 52 miles from Salina especially for a reasonable price. When my washer that I bought from them went out 7 years later they sent out their repairman my machine was shot. He told me that brand isn't lasting much more than 5 year and recommended that I buy a brand that's made in America. I took his advice and am very glad I did. I tell everyone I know if they want a new appliance from someone who stands behind their products call the appliance center.

Ordered a dishwasher & otr microwave they were great when they let me know it would be a few weeks to get what I wanted in & keeping me posted. Fantastic guys delivered & installed. Highly recommend, will be back for my next appliance need.

We've used The Appliance Center for years & will continue to do so. All of their personnel are tops. It is a family owned business that takes a personal interest in customer needs from purchase to delivery & beyond. Their shop repairman is an A+ guy. He has told us all kinds of things, from how to recognize & unplug a refrigerator condensation hose to how to change out parts in a dishwasher. He REALLY knows his stuff.

Worked on my Dryer and done a great job. Works perfectly now.
Tomorrow will call and have my Washer checked. Best place
around. 5 STARS

So the other morning I was filling up my morning ice water to an avalanche of ice in my fridge. All due to the bottom of my fridges ice container busting out. Searched a few places around town but the Appliance Center was the cheapest and could get it faster than anywhere else. Thanks for the great fast service!!

These guys sent a service tech out to fix my fridge the same day that I called. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are the only appliance repair company that I will ever use!
