Amazing food and great atmosphere. The burger special ($7) on Wednesdays is among the best deals in town!

A large group of us stopped in here after a meeting on a Monday afternoon around 4. Only one bartender, and she did amazing. The beer was ice cold. The locals were accommodating as well. Great spot, service, and atmosphere.

I thought the entire visit was great. I had the hot wings, and I asked for the wings to be extra hot. They were incredibly hot, and that's exactly what I wanted. A great selection of quality bourbons as well. Go see the team at Paramount as soon as you get a chance!!

Good eats and excellent service, caught live band, a tribute to Landon gathering...small stage, but they didn't seem to mind. Great bunch of people to mingle with, although I don't habit bars at all. One time visit.

The manager here was great very professional The food amazing The little middle aged bartender server was great until she started drinking and ducking out to go get what ever was making her bounce off the walls, we asked for a shot of tequila dressed, she fills my man's and then mine was a 1/4 full, she pours mine into a tumbler with ice to complete the shot with water, called her out on it she poured a 1/2 shot in a condiment cup and said there. I said I wanted it dressed she hands me a salt shaker and digs in the limes with her fingers and lays them on my shot glass edge. When I called her out she started mouthing off to me and my significant other that's what we asked for I said no he said no, she said oh that's how I like it. She walked away told two gentleman we need a shot and does a shot of Jack Daniel's with them, then she poured us another new shot and I asked if she would please grab our limes with something because she had just pulled her shorts out of her behind put a pen in her pockit just used by someone and ran her hands through her hair she said "I DID NOT" I said yes you did. SHE SAYS yelling from the other end of the bar, "I don't run my hands through my hair. Goes to the kitchen to have the manager / Cook maybe owner not sure. To come and check us out, yes I had a 100 dollar bill sitting to pay but ignored it. I WOULD EXCUSE this if it was busy but it wasn't. So all this said I believe more then anything she needs a intervention.

Favorite place in Salina. If your thinking of eating at Applebee's or Chili's, DON'T! Go here instead! I haven't found something on the menu I didn't like. Great prices, great atmosphere, great service. Love it

Super friendly staff, nice laid-back atmosphere, plenty of classic menu items to choose from if you're hungry.

Added Bonus: Live bands regularly come through and perform there in the evenings.

One of the best bars in town! Fantastic service and atmosphere here, I love the feel! They sometimes have live bands. Jukebox and dart machine is present. The drinks are competitively priced and well made. The bartenders are very friendly. The outside patio is nice and the bar is a decent size. I celebrated my 21st birthday here, and have been coming every weekend I am in Salina ever since.

EDIT 11/15/2021: The food is great AND cheap, although the hours seem to fluctuate and it closes early. Paramount is not consistent with their hours. Also, in the recent months they seem to be understaffed with only one bartender working. Really need to have 2 MINIMUM on weekends... Some people have complained about price, but I think my mixed drinks are usually only $5-6 for a double and some shots or drinks are only $3 I think.

The owner (Kevin ??) is also a cool guy and can usually be seen working or drinking here as well, lol.

I like the paramount. Sometimes it gets a little loud . But hey it is a bar and when you have bands they make noise. They serve lunch and dinner. Clean and friendly staf'f.

This was my 2nd time eating here---Classic Burger & fries. One of the best hometown burger I've had in a long time. Nice flavor and HOT, fresh fries...food is freshly made to order. The servuce was quick, and the ladies on both occasions were very nice. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Was their for my 40th Class reunion get together and had the fried mushrooms and fried green beans. Both were very good but the fried Green Beans were outstanding

Great band was playing. Drinks are totally reasonable and the patio is fun to hang out on. Good times. The owner is super nice too. I live in Ca and every time I come to salina I come visit the paramount

The Paramount is one of the oldest bars in Salina. Live rock entertainment in a regular basis, including the occasional national label artist. (Never Say Die played there recently). Great place to have a beer after work.

I love it here because the staff is very nice... Also the food is great ... I just love to get the honey ham and swiss meal here... This place is kid friendly until usually about 9 at night... that's when the adults get to have the fun... So I highly recommend to come here and have the honey ham and swiss...

We share the chicken strips basket, a shrimp basket with onion rings and an order of chicken wings and it was all great!! Plus, Thursdays is half-price drinks night for the ladies. :)

I’ve been coming here for over 40 years and have always been able to have conversation with anybody no matter their race, religion, or political leanings. A great gathering place for anyone!!
