Village Inn Motel

The bed was comfy and it was very quiet. The staff was very nice and accommodating. All the food you would want to eat is within walking distance. I had a great relaxing stay in Salina. Thank you again to the staff.

I give this place 5 stars. I stayed here 3 nights. Amazing enough although it’s right off a busy street as soon as I closed the door it was silent. The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. It’s a great value. The decor was not modern but that’s not important to me. I felt like I was visiting my grandmother, and that’s a good thing. Also I stayed here by myself and felt very safe. Glad I booked this place over all the others in this price range.

Pretty decent little motel, all things considered, with very friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, the shower got quite hot, and the whole thing was very clean when I walked in - it even *smelled* fresh!

Just be wary of the location - this doesn't strike me as the best part of town.

Everything was great for the most part. The sink was a little dirty and the tub was very slippery. The air worked great! Bed was a little hard but ok. The location looked like they are rebuilding in that area. But food places were great and the motel was very quiet which os a big plus for me. Very wonderful hosts. I will come back.

Do you need a bed that's clean? Good, this place will work.

Do you need a shower that's clean? Good, this place will work.

Do you want a bug free experience, great, will work for you!

Do you need fancy sheets, pillows, scented soaps, and large towels? Nope, not for you.

It's a value in that it's clean and it's functional, but that's it. I like it, but I know several who wouldn't.

It's off the highway, further into town, which it's small town anywhere, so to those from the city it may seem "poor" or "rundown," but it's just the area, nothing too horrible I saw, and I've lived small town Texas.

There's several longer term residents, but I think they kind of put them in rooms in the back, away from the one night people. You can't beat parking car right in front of room AND giant green space for you to walk dog.

Amazing! My husband and I stayed only one night but the room was very good for the cheap price, the owners were very hospitable

I haven't personally stayed here but stopping by to see a friend who was renting on a weekly basis and had been there 3 weeks. I was impressed on the quality of the bed, space, bathroom, and being able to park right in front of your room. The price he mentioned I thought was extremely good for all the amenities, TV, etc.

A bit off of the freeway, in a notorious high crime town, the room was huge. Beds did the job. The decor is dated but it was clean and for the price worth every cent

Nothing special about being in Kansas, however the hotel was very nice to stay at the people running it was very nice the bed was most comfortable

The rooms are super clean and cozy. The lady who owns/runs the place is a delight! I would aim to stay here again on any/every trip cross country. This place could charge more, and I’d still think it was a fabulous deal!

The back building thank god not the whole building was on fire when i was near bye. They'll still be able to be open hopefully cus it only affected only 1 building circled the one that it was. and none of the other 4 buildings. My thought on them is they are a wonderful hotel and comfy bed

Very good customer service, house keeping is on point. Sheets change often, rooms cleaned everyday. Management very polite, respectful and understanding . Kid friendly, romantic rooms and close to a whole bunch of stores and restaurants. Beautiful place to stay.

it is a very good motel to stay. so i was travelling from san francisco and i stayed there for a night. i was given a king size non smoking room.
And it was clean and the service at the motel was good. the Front Desk people were very nice. after a month i went there again and they made some improvements. their hallways were clean. just remember whatever you pay thats what you going to get so. i liked it so whenever i go in this city i will go to this motel next time for sure.

This is probably our 10th year that we have stayed with Harry & Mary. Although this is older property, it is clean & well maintained. Harry, Mary & family have & continue to be the best of hosts!!!!! We look forward to keeping the Village Inn our place to stay whenever we are in Salina!!!

Small family owned motel. Very good value. Clean and quiet. Clientele is mix of travelers and apparent contract workers.

A great place to stay. The Managers are awesome and always ready to help with anything.

Very clean and affordable. Nice TV and fluffy big towels

For an older hotel it was very clean front desk guy was friendly. I'd stay there again
