I have done business with Ms Helzer and her staff for about 3 yrs now. They are kind, generous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They volunteer for various charities. They donate time and money on a regular basis. You will not find better people anywhere. Ms Helzer and her staff also support small businesses all through Salina and promote downtown.

I have my business insurance with Haley. She keeps me informed of what I need so I'm not carrying more insurance than I need. Workers' comp, general liability and umbrella policies. Haley provides the service I've always felt was lacking in other agencies. I feel like she truly appreciates my business and didn't just try to sell me and then run and hide like others. I'll be doing business with Haley and Midwest Regional for a long time.

Susie is by far the best. She's always willing to help you anyway she can to get you the best deal and what your looking for. Wouldn't go anywhere else

If you choose to do business with this company. Make sure you double check the work. Ms Helzer worked a policy for me never completed it cost me $40000 in damages not even as much as a sorry I didn't do my job. Was told by her it was not her job to keep track of my insurance policies.

Don't do business with this woman. She will get all of your information and judge you based on your political views. Very pompous and extremely arrogant.
