When I first moved to Salina, I needed some hardware for my apartment and I lost a screw from my desk during the move. I took a matching screw into the store, an employee measured it for me and then walked me around until we found a suitable replacement. I would have been in there all afternoon trying to figure it out if they weren’t so helpful. Pricing is fair from what I can tell, and all of the employees seem friendly.

Waters has always been the place to find that unique gift. I have shopped there many years starting out when it was on S. 9th St. Today I was in the store and it is being remodeled. I am asking if the owner will be selling the 2 old wooden parts bin. The big round one or the smaller square one. Thank you

I've rented heavy duty sewer snakes here. I've bought a huge variety of plants. They have a shelf by the lawn garden equipment and rentals with "clearance" items which are hugely discounted. I just love this place for tools, rentals, plants, and the list is endless. They have the best grass seed at the best prices in town as has no weeds with a 90 to 95% germination rate. The fine fescue which is what Kansas State University recommends. And so many surprise discounted items that aren't advertised. And the quality of the merchandise, along with the knowledgeable work force, makes it a great place to shop for a wide variety of items. I truly highly recommend this store.

Had everything we needed when we ran into problems doing our kitchen sink... Friendly staff nice wonderful clean store.. and of course it's always great to shop local... Thanks for being there for us

A man on crutches came quickly to help me at the service counter, and quickly located the items I needed to fill my order. I was in search of Stihl chainsaw parts and garage door opener parts, and I was taken directly to them by the staff. I am very satisfied. It's nice to be helped by a staff that appreciates you. I highly reccomend this hardware store. I will be going back.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, everything is well displayed and easy to find. The farmer's market has a good amount of things to choose from as well. Highly suggest giving them a look see.

Friendly and super helpful. They even gift wrapped! It was too hot to leave my dog in the car and they let me bring him in (on a leash, of course). Great store and great employees.

Went and rented a self-propelled tiller. The check-out process was simple. Morgan then directed where I should park around back and met me there. She proceeded to give me a brief intro on the machine and then helped load it. Upon bringing it back someone helped unload it. I was purchasing a rake, they were able to do the refund for my deposit and the sale of the rake in one transaction which was greatly appreciated. At other places it a go here for one and over to another place for the other. I will most definitely be coming back when I need a rental.

Experienced employees. Very helpful especially Gage, Ellen, Rosemary & Nick. Gage had a lot of information on the Troy-Bilt Edger, I bought today.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable lots of nice things in this store, from Paint & Hardware to gifts and bird seed :-) one of my favorite places to shop because it's hometown and they actually have people that will help you

We love Waters Value for seeds and plants! Go check out the $1.89 tomato plants - they're 2 feet tall!! Great employees, neat gift items!

I gladly pay a little higher price here for the most helpful and friendly staff in town. Every employee is knowledgeable of their merchandise and it's location, which is a breath of fresh air when compared to the other big chain hardware type stores in town.

They have a very nice store. The location isn't the best for me, but I shop there anyway because its clean and their garden center is very nice too.

May not be big like the Lowes or Menards but always have staff to help you and very friendly when you walk in the door.... Easy in-and-out and can find things very quickly

Hardware, household items, gifts, toys, gardening, plants, just to make a few of the wide variety of things in the store. If you've never shopped there, you're missing out!

Always friendly and helpful although not everyone there is an expert they do their absolute best to get you what you need. But there is inevitably someone that will get you the answer you need.

Went in towards plumbing section and immediately a older gentlemen asked what I needed, got me what I needed, and I was out the door in 5mins. Would definitely recommend for anyone for home improvement needs.
